    Terrible customer service

    At time when the corona virus has stopped the whole world and even when the Hotel is non functional, they denied to provide a refund or a voucher. I contacted them multiple times and they asked me for all travel documents with confirmation of cancellation of travel which I did. At the end though they did not provide any voucher or refund. For such a big and reputed brand it doesn't suit to be non cooperative with the customer. I will never visit them.

    Good Hotel and very good behavior

    The Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They provided baby cot for my infant as well as free pass for travel in all local transports in Geneva. Simply loved the Hotel. The location was also nice.
