    Place is very well connected to lucerne bus station. Just 10 mins. Also guest pass given by hotel helped to travel free in zone 10 & discounts on zurich bahn. Lid l & other pubs are at walking distance. Great place for family & tourists to stay

    Bad experience

    Experience was horrible because of the heat and humidity that we had to face in the room. There was no ac(which is mentioned in the details, a small table fan was provided and there was no ventilation in the room making it extremely hot. Also, there is no elevator which is again mentioned in the details. But, the check in process is simple and easy which we could figure out after talking to their customer care.
