It was a pleasant place. The hotel staffs are very supportive, rooms are good and spacious. Near to train station and multiple bus stops.

This is a budget hotel so keep your expectations low, i liked everything about the room for this price but the breakfast was terrible so better opt out from the breakfast addon. There are a lot of indian restaurants nearby. Vegan options sandwiches are available in the train station as well.

Good location and decent small room. It is very close to the main area where one can go to explore the city and also very close to shopping center

The most worst experience one can ever expect to receive. Reached the hotel at around 10:30 am and the receptionist said the room is not available and you may come post 3 pm, and mean while leave your luggage in the luggage room. Arrived at the hotel at 5 pm and the receptionist is a different individual and informs us that your booking has been cancel-led due to a system glitch and for your convenience we have arranged an alternative hotel nearby with exactly the same amenities and facilities to accommodate you for our inconvenience. As empathy, they also arranged a taxi drop off to the hotel arranged by them at a free of charge. Hotel arranged by them was hotel rothaus which i would never recommend anyone to stay. By no means the fare of the hotel arranged will be same as ibis. Additionally, the worst bathroom i have ever seen and experienced in my entire life, almost similar to a jail cell! and by no means it was at the same standards as ibis. In a nutshell, i have had the worst 24 hours of my life with bare amount of sleep! i have been scammed big time! i can continue to write an easy on this, however it’s not going to make any difference, so rather prefer not to waste my energy!

Hotel is nice and clean rooms. The staff is friendly. Location wise excellent, near to lucerne train station. Bus and tram is also available. Overall very nice stay at this hotel

The hotel is located pretty close to the lucerne lake and can be easily accessed by bus from the railway station. The room had decent space for a couple and the amenities were decent. A very good breakfast spread was highly appreciated.

Extremely close to the bus stops from both the sides (1 minute walk from the hotel. The bus ride to the lucerne station used to take about 3-4 minutes. The room (with balcony) was clean, hygienic and spacious. The hotel staff were also very helpful and nice. We stayed during christmas and there used to be lovely cupcakes waiting for us in the evening. The breakfast was also sumptuous and there was enough variety for everyone. We would love to visit lucerne again and stay in this hotel. )

Property is just 5 mins away from lucerne main metro station via bus 19. Main market is walk away. In breakfast you will get variety options including eggs, bread, bacon, yogurt, fruits, and so much more

Rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast, very convenient location and well connectivity, posh area. Only issue rooms are less lighten. A bright light is required

the best thing about this hotel is location. very close to the station and even closer to the bus stop and lake. breakfast is good too, and coffee is free all day. rooms are decent.

The hotel was decent with good safety and hygiene. Special thanks to mr thomas for helping us. He was really polite and decent. The location is exactly at the city center and there are ample of indian restaurants nearby.

We stays there for 3 days. Hotel is cheap compared to other hotels in area. It is 1. 2km away from main lucerne hotel. Bus stop is just near by hotel. Kanchi (indian) retuarnt is also near by. Breakfast is also good. Moreover, hotel doesnot have room service.
