You get what you pay for. Room is tiny. No kettle provided. Washbasin is in the room. Toilet seat is too high and the automatic light in it has its own mind. Ac was hot even in cold weather. All you get is a warm bed. The room was clean. Would have rates 3 if the tv was working

Close to a tram station that connects with the city centre. Rooms and washrooms are clean and the amenities are what you expect in a budget hotel. Breakfast spread can be improved.

It's not a hotel, not even a hostel, it's a train coupe. Tiny rooms with no place to stand or walk. Washroom is smaller than a flight washroom and there is no exhaust. AC doesn't work and windows don't open so it's all one stuffy box. There is not kettle, no cupboard, and not even a single chair. There is no provision for tea or coffee either in the entire hotel and some one the front desk females are extremely rude. The only thing good was the access to tram station and the breakfast. But there are much better places to stay if you pay a little more than this place.

This ibis budget hotel is tiny and not suitable for family travellers. The cost is high but in the room you can’t keep a single luggage box.

Good compact room, sufficient for a single user. Hotel has kettle, microwave oven in the dining area. Accessible to zurich main station either by walk or tram

As the name suggests, it's a budget hotel, they did everything from their side to keep it like a budget stay. Small rooms, no kettle or dryer in room, no toiletries. Only shower gel cum body wash, 2 towels, 1 bed that's all. But the reception response and service are 5*

Stay and breakfast was good but the staff could be better. Requested for a 1 hr early check-in, although rooms were there, they made us wait. When i asked the 2nd time, he pretended like he didn't understand english. And after making us wait they said there is no early check in. We had to wait for few more hours and our day in zurich was wasted due to this problem.

Reception desk and breakfast catering staff is good, thanks to them. However, rooms are too small, absolutely zero amenities available which makes stay not very enjoyable, hope management makes relevant improvements.

Hotel is 15 mins by tram from zurich hb. Hotel is nice, staff is cooperative but rooms are very small

Ask for room upfront for physically challenged people. The staff is cooperative.
