    During my stay from December 30th to January 1st, your staff displayed shocking unprofessionalism and outright dishonesty, ruining my experience. On December 31st, your concierge quoted an extortionate fare of 3,000-4,000 THB for a taxi to Icon Siam. I secured my own taxi for 500 THB, but one of your waiters deliberately interfered despite my clear instructions not to. He misled the taxi driver, causing him to cancel, and sabotaged my arrangements. WHO IS HE ???!!! When I reported this outrageous behavior to the front desk, they did nothing to address it. This is unacceptable. Your staff’s actions are not just unprofessional—they are UNETHICAL, DISGUSTING AND DECEITFUL. Your hotel’s behavior is a disgrace to Bangkok.

    The bangkok midtown hotel was a budget friendly hotel with all amenities. Also they offered a great spread for breakfast

    It was a pleasant stay in bangkok midtown hotel. The staffs are really nice and room has all required services. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and had a great time in bangkok.

    Far from city and breakfast is not upto the mark

    I am staying in this hotel since last 2 days but there is no options available in breakfast. Hotel is also far from main city. No indian item available in breakfast. Also one more thing swimming pool is very small.

    The hotel is good, clean. Centrally located, easy access to different parts of the city. They also helped us with early check in. Were corporative. Very limited food options for vegetarians and vegans. Only salad and bread available. This could be improved.
