We stayed just one night and we found the hotel well run, clean, organised and the staff especially lovely. The breakfast was decent. The location is nice and busy and convenient.

Nice to stay at frazier suits. Nice location. Lively area. Staff are nice n cooperative. Breakfast is very good. Suite is big enough to stay comfortable.

Rooms- rooms are ok, the property is not a 5 star it is a 4 star, it’s spacious if travel-ling with kids then that is a plus food-the breakfast buffet is not very elaborate and not many options for kids as things are spicy and to request them to do a paneer paratha or a loo paratha which is included in the menu without spices is not an option, cold coffee or fresh juices are not a part of the menu either. Staff- the reception staff is helpful and nice, the restaurant staff is not very hands on with the services, the travel desk at the hotel is also very average.

We had amazing stay with your property. We found mr. Jack and mr. Pop were very helpful and friendly. As we forgot our watch in the taxi and mr. Pop did his best to found the watch we bought from terminal 21. Best location. Everything was amazing. Will recommend this place to everyone for the best stay. Its a kids friendly place

We had a wonderful stay. Very nice rooms, warm staff, good location. It has an in-house indian restaurant ‘charcol’ which has amazing indian offerings.

The location is prime and the staff is amazing and super friendly. Kudos to the entire team in making ours (family of 4 with 2 kids) a memorable stay.

One feedback related to hotel restaurant employee ms. Ae which is doing rude misbehave with me as well as with my 1. 5 year daughter regarding asking for dinner. As i had booked package of breakfast, lunch or dinner to have tension free regarding food along with room but hotel restaurant staff ms. Ae told me they dont provide any veg. Food to me as well as to my 1. 5 year old daughter instead she rudely misbehave even with baby daughter instead of giving any food to baby. After so much struggling with hotel restaurant she gave me menu which has only 2 veg dish and that doesn't have any indian bread in menu. So, what to eat. I enclosed the same menu for your reference. Now tell whats the benefit of booking lunch or dinner along with room. As well as room condition is so old and not hygienic and clean.
