I already paid for breakfast for 3 people during my booking but the hotel again asked me to pay for my sons breakfast which i paid for all days. This is not good. Request you to refund that additional breakfast cost of 60 sgd. Room size very small. No toilet hand pipe.

Hotel was good but away from indian restaurant and morning breakfast was also not available for indian people. Hotel need to improve a lot on this.

It was a great stay. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The pool however is small and there are two restaurants/bars over looking it, which was odd. But if you just need a place to stay(without the pool) it’s definitely a good choice

Great place to stay. It has one of the best breakfasts in bkk. Sound proofing can be improved in the rooms.

Excellent hotel with a variety of rooms. All rooms are well maintained and furnished tastefully. The corner rooms are very spacious, comfortable and offers great view of the city. The hotel has swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym and a poolside bar on the 4th floor. Hotel has couple of restaurants, one of them is a famous japanese steakhouse. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel has free shuttle service to nearby mrt station and a mall that is helpful for guests to move around. Excellent place to stay during business trips as well as personal trips with family. Public restaurant food was very good, nook, toon and may were very helpful in finalizing the order for food with good suggestions and were very hospitable and made us feel at home while trying out thai food. Mr. Chi at the concierge desk was very helpful to guide us for moving around the city. He gave us a complimentary map of bangkok and marked out various places to visit and what mode of travel to take. The hotel is located close to ferry, mrt, buts and airport airlink

We checked in on 5th Dec. 2024 and checked out on 8th Dec 2024. We are still travelling in Thailand but thought we must spare some time to write this honest review. We mean every word of what we am saying here. People say "Value for Money". In case of Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium we say "Pure Value". We cannot identify any area where there property fell short on expectations. Everything about our experience starting with the check-in till the time we checked-out was managed seamlessly. The location, the ambience, the overall vibes, you name it and you guyz were right up there. While every person in the support staff deserves accolades, we must make special mention of the lady at the front desk who managed our check-in on 5th Dec. 2024. It was our first interaction with her, and, she made us feel like we were part of the Grand Mercure family. We already felt like we were at home even while being away from home. All through our stay, every time we reached out to her she helped us out in the most appropriate and swift manner. We would request the hotel management to take special note of this recommendation and consider it with all seriousness. She is an exceptionally talented and efficient employee. Unfortunately I could not get her name, else would have provided it here. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a trip to Bangkok unforgettable in the positive sense. Happy to provide any further feedback should you seek it.

We had reached the hotel early at 7am and requested for an early check in. Not only they denied but did not give us check until 4pm. Since the hotel is accommodates air hostess and pilots on a day to day basis, they give priority to them and the guests like us had to wait even after 4pm evn though check was at 2pm. Other than that good hotel.

Hotel rooms and infrastructure is good, breakfast spread is also very nice, however location of hotel is not that promising, terminal 21 and all other malls like central etc. Are far from the hotel and due to traffic conditions even though small distance, takes lot of time. Connectivity to metro is also not good, to reach mrt station you have to walk 15min. Hotel has shuttle but only once per day per location and as per their time schedule, so no use.

Large hotel but it is bit out dated. Booked 2 king rooms but they could not provide nearby so have to take twin rooms. Food is average. Ordered indian for in room dining and it was not good. The rate is quite low which still give some value

It was an amazing stay. We had a room with a city view which was quite spacious. Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is prompt. Had a very comfortable stay overall.

Excellent stay. Rooms are very neat and clean. They have indian food available and very tasty but they gives quantity is not enough for even one person. Please increase your quantity. Otherwise property is good.
