Hotel is big with all amenities but basic things like shiwer gel, tooth brush paste was not provided which is very basic supplies hotel does.

Near to all tourist attractions. Bts, tuk tuk, bike. Available close to the hotel. Walkable distance to nana. All arabic indian food are available near.

Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms with silent aircon. Front office staffs are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay.

The way of reception, smile and the hygiene issues are perfectly performed to the fullest. All enquiries not only about the property but also about the other places and importance are also nicely explained by the staffs. So one will feel like home here.

It was a good experience and I would recommend to all my family members and friends those who travel to Bangkok, Phuket. Staffs were extremely helpful and well behaved. Rooms, pool, amenities, everything is good. Even they have free tuk tuk from hotel to main road 24 hrs and I would definitely stay next time if at all I travel to Bangkok.

Average budget hotel not a 4 star property

Hotel is nearby metro around 1 km, provides free tuk tuk service drop to end of road. Compact rooms but nicely built. Check-in was fast, service was good, staff was polite and gentle. Almost no vegetarian dish available in breakfast, only bread butter, jam, tea, coffee juice and basic fruits. Hotel provides two towels for bath. If you ask for additional towel or change of towel in case you taking more than once a bath in a day, hotel will simply deny, policy 2 towel in a day, never seen 4 star property doing this. Swimming pool was very small as shown in picture. Air conditioner was working but not cooling. Needed at least 40 minute to bring room to normal temperature. So I found hotel average 3 star not typical 4 star.

Service quality was ridiculous, in another sense no value for money. The only good thing about this place was that it was clean. Everything else was bad.
