Awesome stay. We booked river facing room, we could see mahanakhon tower from the window. Room was clean. Lived hotel staff and hospitality. Girls at reception were always helpful to all our queries. Dang helped us to plan our day tour in bangkok. Where we visited train market, floating market, wat pho, wat arun, grand palace. Prayuth the cab driver was also humble enough to guide us. Hotel also provide free shuttle service to nearby areas we used shuttle to k rung thong buri metro station. We booked this hotel because it was close to metro station and iconsiam mall which is walking distance. We had to board the dinner cruise from iconsiam pier 2. Thai cashew chicken dish was yummy from in house restaurant. Breakfast was also good.

1. Hotel doesnt have someone to escort to room and someone to help with luggage 2. Hotel is not providing basic amities like dental kit 3. Hotel is not having even 2 lifts. Only 1 is working since 2 days 4. Hotel is not having good transport services rates and its more than double if i compare with grab

Location was good by the riverside, good view, in the middle of the city. Iconsiam mall was nearby. 7 eleven was even walking distance for basic needs

Good location, especially the river flowing behind was really nice. Bed is little smaller than king size, which is unusual we stayed 3 days, breakfast menu was good. Have local options as well included, which i liked. Though the menu was repeated all days. Thai spa was also really good here.

The hotel location is good. You can enjoy all the main visiting places in your fingertips. Breakfast is buffet system and you can get plenty of options. Bed size is good for couple in the standard room but if you are travel-ling with your child then don't take the standard rooms. The staffs are very helpful. Swimming also located in the right infront of the river. One more if you are traveling from india then you will get plenty of indian food resturents in walking distances. .

Hotel is ok, for a budget hotel. Breakfast ok last night before leaving hotel, came to know housekeeping people came into room without knowledge. During leaving hotel, as it was early morning, left the hotel in a haste and left mobile phone in the room, later when inquired hotel said didn't find the phone in the room.

Good location and beautiful view but the room service can improved a lot. I stayed for 3 night but room wasn’t cleaned for a single day and daily i had to call the reception for the drinking water.

The location was on riverfront but no access to river, just scenic beauty. The room & bathroom sizes were disappointingly small for an ibis. The bathroom door had no lock, so it was inconvenient traveling with kids. The common areas were spacious & airy. The breakfast buffet was lacking in options even without expecting indian food, considering the number of indians visiting bangkok every year. Had this room been booked for 30% less than i paid, this would have been complete value for money as expected from ibis.

The property was in excellent location and condition. Very polite staff and catering to all your need. Room size was big for kids to play. Separate swimming pool for kids. Vast menu for breakfast and cater to all countries even indians. Very clean rooms. Indian restaurant on walk away distance.

Not exactly value for money

We booked a riverside view room, the costliest room available, but were given a pool view room with only a little side view of the river. When asked they replied all rooms were booked. Also there are no balconies in any of the rooms, only a sealed glass window. Better book a cheaper room since all rooms are practically same from inside.

Its a trap! it looks nice in the picture but it will shatter your expectations once you check in. It lacks every basic touch points, think twice before booking.
