    Pros: location is good. It's in the vicinity of khaosan road, golden mount temple, and not far from the grand palace. Cons: the entrance road to the hotel is very narrow. No lift for the people, only for the luggages. Lack of warmth among the staff. Nobody helped us to carry the luggages to the room. Staff is not cooperative. We reached there at 1:30 pm. They told us to wait till 2 pm, as that was the usual check in time. Ac was not working properly. I found a list of fines they charge if something is damaged (bedsheet or glass.
