We had a very comfortable stay at novotel siam bangkok. The staff was very supportive. They have variety of options in breakfast buffet.

Perfect location if you want to be in the centre of the city. Shopping malls and restaurants are right across the hotel. Good hospitality and rooms.

G hotel re-branded with pullman badge. Dont expect pullman plush hotel but a average hotel. We had booked a lounge room which had noon tea & evening cocktails included which is good.

The hotel is centrally located and there are lot of restaurants, coffee shops nearby. The staff is very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. We would definitely stay here on our future trips to bangkok. The breakfast has a lot of variety. In all, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The in room dining food was great! staff spoke english which was helpful they gave us extended late check out but our room smelt sooo bad and it’s evident the hotel is old it shows in the rooms

We had a two night stay at novotel sim square bangkok which turned out to be the most horrible stays ever in any hotel. Uncourteous staff, poor service, hidden costs/charges at check-in and rooms not upto the price paid. They charge an un-intimated security deposit (nowhere given in reservation policy) from travelers. And worst of all we have still not received the money back (no, we didn't avail any extra service or cause any damage to property. All we are left with is follow ups, that too all in vain. On approaching the manager to get the deposit back at the time of check out and delay caused, we get a response that 'i have thousands of problems and you just have one! would never recommend anyone to go for this hotel. Trust me there are much better ones in the same area.

staff is super nice. We were upgraded to the premier floor as we were leaving one day early the washroom don't have potty showers which proves very difficult for indian travellers and room service is very slow. Our welcome drink never saw the light of day. Keeping an advance also seemed in poor taste. Gym is sparse with poor equipment. Food however was mixed, the italian was spicy and full of chill i flakes although the oriental cuisine was delicious. The kids menu was great and the kids loved it great if you are a business traveller. Location however is just too much to ignore. Heart of the city and everything is close at hand

The hotel has a brilliant location, esp for tourists looking to shop a lot. It is also well connected with public transport, & the staff is very helpful in arranging for your transport - whenever you need it. The staff is very well versed in dealing with different ethnicities in a global language, without losing their thai touch. They are very warm and don't hesitate in going the extra mile. The room sizes are a bit on the smaller size than we're used to, but are pretty standard. The place has a great vibe, with a pool, fitness section, kids zone, and an awesome restaurant with great options to sit, relax, plan your trip and obviously eat/drink.

We have stayed here many times before and we have always been happy.. that’s why we chose to stay here again.this time it was horrible, they gave us a room on a smoking floor and there were cockroaches in the rooms, the room opposite to us were smoking,drinking with their door open… in just their underwears .. it was so embarrassing for us as we were travelling with our daughters. Breakfast was really bad , long queues, no variety… bad bad bad , the tea mugs were all stained with lipsticks and not even washed properly. Overall very disappointed
