It was very hygienic clean. It is also located in the centre of the city and breakfast is also very awesome.

Royal benja hotel, bangkok, is an old hotel. The room is big but the lighting is poor. The bathroom is quite big with bathtub and shower. Hot water is available all the time. The house keeping is very good and prompt. Laundry service is good. Reception staff also quite helpful. The breakfast is adequate and tasty but not elaborate unlike in many other hotels of the same standard. The location is good. Definitely worth for the money one pays for the stay.

Really big rooms offered on 21st floor. Have a classic decor. Worth the price. Walking distance to everything!

When we checked in ac was not working asked for a room change they took 45 mins and eventually when they found out they changed the room asked for iron in the room and the reply can't provide u have to come down to iron the clothes, asked for wine opener and the reply was sending someone in to the room who can open the bottle the staff was rude

The location was close to nana buts so it was very convenient for travelling, the breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a lot of variety, only thing is the ac at the eating hall for breakfast was too strong and everything we brought became cold instantly. Besides that the rooms were lovely and spacious, roomboy was great and had an overall great experience.

Good - large rooms, good view from high floors, great service, fast lift, good large clean bathroom with good water pressure, good food especially breakfast buffet is good at cheap price. Needs improvement - very dim light in rooms. Beds can be more comfortable.

Check-in was seamless. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Locality is nice and got a vibe. Also many indian restaurants nearby. Good availability of transportation. Rooms were spacious. All in all, it was an amazing stay.
