The reception desk staff were very courteous and friendly. The travel desk team, ms. Kuntida was very helpful and organised a wonderful trip for us in bangkok. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. The in room dining and laundry facilities were prompt and well organized.

Hotel location and connectivity is good. Everything was ok till checkout. They charged me much more then i booked it for from make my trip. My booking clearly shows that it’s for 3 people whereas hotel charged me for additional third person. It was impossible to reach to mmt customer care, i tried several times but every time after holding the line for 10-15 minutes every time i got connected to an agent i got and answer that sorry sir i am from flights and you need to call again to talk to an agent taking care of hotels. I ended up paying 5250 bhats extra which is surely painful. Hotel said it’s a mistake from your booking agent they hv given you wrong rate.

Too good. Luxury hotel. No. 1 on sukumvit road. Reception tooks hardly 5 min to check in. Health club experience is memorable. View on sukumvit road is enjoyable. Will stay again and again here in this hotel. Morning breakfast is very healthy and very good. Outdoor swimming pool and out door Jacuzzi is out of world. I fully recommending this hotel for stay whether for business or holiday.

When we arrived, the reception gave us a room on the 12th floor, which was terrible with a stinking carpet and filthy bathroom. We asked for a different room, so they changed our room to one on the 10th floor, normally reserved for Star wood Preferred Guests (SPGs). It was cleaner, but did not have a good view, unlike the rooms on the higher floor. The breakfast spread was very large, but most of the food was oriental and for non-vegetarians. We are vegetarians, so there was not as much selection, but what they had was good. The location cannot be beat! The Bangkok Skytrain Station connects the mall Terminal 21, Robinson's, and the rest of the city via the Skytrain to the Sheraton, with a ramp going right to the lobby. And even if you want to walk on the sidewalks at ground level, the hotel is located in the central Sukhumvit District, so everything is close by.

This hotel is mostly for business executives and not for tourists. They treat business executives very well and tourists not that well. Hospitality is very poor for tourists. The rooms are very small. Only the walls and floors look grand where as the beds are all queen size and rooms are very small.
