The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam

Good The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam right in the middle of central business district, the location of the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam is the biggest plus, its close metro, shopping malls and easy to get cab and public transport. The rooms are good and spacious, with 2 towers of 38 floor each. We need to change lift on the 11th floor, breakfast is a very large spread and served on the 10th floor between 6am to 10 am. If u have a early flight the they box the breakfast. It is recommended t9 book room with breakfast. One of the days during our stay they ac was not cooling as fast as we wanted, they assisted in getting us another room quickly. Which was good service. Overall the experience was good and i recommended this The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam to others. Ps: we are a family of 4 (husband, wife, 13 year old and 10 yrs old.

I stayed with my family for 5 nights in this The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The location, ambience, and hospitality is excellent. Comfortable room for 3 adults. Room lighting was average. No bedside table for 3rd bed. Room service was good. But buffet breakfast was generally cold. No variety in indian cuisine, only two dishes, one of them upma. The overall stay was good. The price for 3 adults for 5 nights with breakfast was very competitive compared to other 4 or 5 star The Berkeley Hotel Pratunams. I would recommend it for stay in bangkok. It's walking distance from shopping areas and malls.

Everything was close by from this The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam and our rooms were also really comfortable. The breakfast spread provided by The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam was also large although there were less vegetarian options and indian options were mostly not good and enough. There is confusion about check in time where makemytrip shows 2pm check in time and The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam shows 3pm check in and we reached at 1pm at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam but were allocalled 2 out of 3 rooms at around 4:30pm only. Other than these hiccups our overall stay was good and satisfactory.

Best The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam at best price the rooms are very clean and very spacious. Great view of the city. Staffs are very friendly and helpful will guide you properly. Food is excellent with huge breakfast spread and also best in room wifi quality. Lobby is very spacious with many sleeping chairs we’re you can take a nap or rest while waiting to check in or after check out. And also best The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam for the location as it’s next to a 2 big mall, street food and night market best for shopping clothes, electronics and many more for very cheap price

The The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam in all was an excellent experience! ..from starting check in was very polite and humble ..the room was beautiful with all amenities,it was overlooking the city ..which made the evening glow with lights ..loved to have my tea besides the window..missing it 😓..the markets and malls at walking distance which made my trip successful and saved my time if running around in taxis and traffics !! Thanks to the staff ..whose hospitality will be calling me again to stay at this The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam during my next trip soooon 😎

Centrally located excellent The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam with very clean & large rooms. All the street markets, malls and street foods are walking distance within the range of 2 to 10 minutes. We stayed in the same The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam before also that's why we booked this The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam again. Very helpful staff. Extended our check out time on request. Amazingly delicious and variety of buffet breakfast from indian, thai, chinese, japanese & european. Will definitely book the same The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam next time too.

If you love shopping, this is the best location. The rooms are clean and nicely maintained. This The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam has more than 50 vegetarian restaurants in the nearby vicinity. So, if you're a vegetarian it shouldn't be a problem. The The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam has 4 big shopping malls within 500m of range. The con i experienced was that this area is always crowded with traffic, getting a cab is a really hectic and difficult task.

The stay was good. We stayed only for 1 day and had plans for shopping only. Since the property is located in a prime area, it was very convenient for shopping. The night market was open right in front of the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The food (in room dining and breakfast buffet) was delicious. The toilet flush had some issues initially but as soon as we informed it to the room service, they got it fixed. The stay was comfortable.

We went to the sea food buffet in the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. It was a horrible experience there. The menu was full of pork, bacon and ham. Even you cannot go and take the food yourself. You have to order the food to the table and wait for long to receive your order. It was the most pathetic buffet, i have ever had in my life. Would never recommend this buffet to anyone. It is complete waste of money.

Berkeley location was fantastic. Right in middle of activities and malls. No issues writ to pick up, drop or transportation. Staff conduct was average, perhaps because place is busy. Swimming pool good experience. Gym small but with all amenities and good view. Indian section in breakfast was below average. Overall it was good experience. However, i may consider, some other property next time in bangkok.

The property is located in a tourist friendly place. We can walk to the world centre mall easily. From airport we can take the metro black line and walk to the The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. A slight walk in opposite direction takes us to green line metro. Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Views are super from windows. Overall had a great experience.

Above average experience. Not sure why this is being called as 5 star The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. This is 4 star The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. Room size is big enough. Good swimming pool. Reception area is nice and quick check-in check-out. Staff is very courteous. Small bathroom. Had issues with sink. Location is bang on near walkable distance to 4-5 shopping malls.

Hotel was neat and clean, staff was helpful. Near by market and indian food is available near by. Good place to stay in bangkok.

Hotel located near by indra sqaure, night market pratinum, walking distance to big c super market and pratinum fasion mall

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only things which bothered me are as follows 1. They added an extra bed which i did t require in the room. 2 the refrigerator was not cooling properly 3. There was only 1 chair in the room for two people. 4. They placed the tv on the left side of the bed which was awkward. ( it should be in front.

Good The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam at a very good area. Very close to the pratunam night market & indra market, which are key shopping destinations. Within 3 minutes walking you’ll find 2 starbucks, 1 burger king & 1 mcdonald outlets.

The entire The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam was 5star. Breakfast and ambience was remarkable

It's centrally located, the staff's were very cooperative. The house keeping was awesome. Even being on the 29th floor the room service was de quick, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom are neat and clean the manager allowed me early check inn as well i will stay here again in next year vacation with my family
