Ban Sainai Resort Krabi

We stayed in this Resort as a family on june 10 and 11 and had two rooms to us. This is probably one of the most beautiful resorts of Krabi. Built in a huge expanse of splendid gardens with an in-house water pond of sorts, the rooms are tastefully done up. The landscaping outside is marvelous and the breakfast is very tasty. There are certain dishes made to order right then and the plating and presentation gets five stars. The Resort is maintained by mostly muslim staff and the guys driving their battery car are all quite nice. The only flip Side of the Resort is that the staff at the reception, especially the two women, one of whom is named Nan, are very aggressive. I inquired with her about taxi fares to Phuket and since I wasn't too keen on taking the Ban Sainai Resort Krabi taxi, our stay was quite nice and we enjoyed a lot!

Even though the resort is about 2km away from the Ao Nang beach, it is located at a scenic place with limestone karst in the backdrop. They provide free shuttle to the beach. Breakfast is tasty and wholesome. Staff very cordial and responsive. The resort has a beautiful lake apart from the swimming pool. Breakfast by the lake is an amazing feeling. We stayed in the coconut cottage and rooms are well lit, clean and big bathroom. One of the days of our stay was my wife's birthday and they knew that we were vegetarians, they arranged for fruits and surprised us. I would definitely recommend Ban Sainai anyone (couples or family) coming to Krabi.

Pros - Beautiful setting, warm caring staff, excellent pool and breakfast. Cons - What some may view as potential disadvantages (insects in the property, bit distant from the Ao Nang Beach(30mins walk) and other convenience store nearby are to be expected given the natural setting of the resort. Nevertheless, the management here has taken every step to address any real issues because of these which include and reliant and free shuttle service and providing mosquito nets on the bed.

Everything about the resort was awesome. The staff was extremely polite. The rooms were really large and spacious. They provided enough complimentary water to last one day for two people and other stuff we don't get generally at Ban Sainai Resort Krabis or resorts. The food was good and halal. The ao nang beach is close and they provided pick up and drop to the beach every two hours. The cottages were clean and well maintained and the overall look of the resort was also pleasing.

We booked our stay for 1 night and were upgraded from the coconut cottage to the cliff jacuzzi which came as a lovely surprise as we were tired after an early morning flight from Bangkok, we were greeted with some cold towels and a refreshing drink, they have a Golf cart service to take you to your room, and complimentary banana chips and a fruit platter to top it up. Airy, secluded and private is how I would like to describe their cottages. Service was top notch.

Ban Sainai is a beautiful and peaceful place to get away from the bustle of life. We loved our stay there - including getting to see a giant tortoise and a couple of snakes at the pond near the restaurant. The service and hospitality was impeccable, including people braving heavy downpour to meet your needs in the cottages. The location is a few kilometers from the beach and the readily available shuttle is very convenient.

The staff members at the resort were extremely polite and helpful. The room was lovely and the view splendid. Would definitely recommend anyone to book their stay. Also the breakfast spread was amazing. A top notch resort. The nearby island trips organised by the Ban Sainai Resort Krabi is top notch, the price is not too high and the service provided is excellent. Would definitely stay there again

The resort was awesome. It was a big property and we got an excellent room with a small kitchen and dining area. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Good food. Shuttle to nearby main points. Beach is closely. The only hitch was they did not give us an extra hour before check out although they were allowed to give an extra hour. Otherwise the place is great. Extremely recommended.

The resort is located amongst the limestone cliff, wayoff from the busy streets and beaches of ao nang. The staff was well trained and could speak in English which is not quite usual a sight in Thailand. Beautiful location added with landscapes around the pool is just great the food at the restaurant is lipsticking and everything about this place is Heavenly.

Very nice experience. The staff there was excellent. Services were excellent. Definitely a place to go and relax! the beach side resort makes it so peaceful. The Ban Sainai Resort Krabi does not come up in normal searches when you search top Ban Sainai Resort Krabis of Krabi however, it's a gem in Ban Sainai Resort Krabis. You would never want to leave the cottage pond room. Their hospitality is also very good. Always trying to make you happy.

Beautiful resort, well-maintained cottages, nicely designed layout of the property, rounded off by a salt water pool made our stay at the Ban Sainai Resort Krabi enjoyable. They also helped us plan our day trips around Krabi. The complementary breakfast was delightful as well.

This resort is nestled between nature and next to the mountains. Great customer service and ambience including food was great.

This place is blessed by nature, the entire layout of the resort is awesome. The staff are more than courteous specially fatima, roh and fang. All to-gather out of the world experience.

Beautiful Ban Sainai Resort Krabi, far from City but Ban Sainai Resort Krabi has good shuttle service which is convenient to travel to Krabi

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful they have even helped us in our travel over there. The food over there is OK but the main highlight is the location of Ban Sainai Resort Krabi and the cottage are very good with huge rooms it's only 2 mins to Aonang beach.

Location near ao nang beach, food is very hygienic and tasty, safety measures taken very responsibly. If you want to feel peace this resort is definitely for you.

Premium location with excellent and peaceful stay, good staff and amazing breakfast with decent view. I got free upgrade to coconut cottage.

Good but priced little high. Very clean and calm. Need more facilities like play area, etc.

The cottages were extremely clean, and everything was as expected. Very courteous staff and the food is top notch as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location of the property is good. However, the lake is dirty and needs attention. Rooms are big with all basic amenities. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Very good experience at Ban Sainai Resort Krabi. Recommended

Hotel is placed right below a hill which gives a good location feeling. Lie down by the pool under the sun and relax. Beach is also nearby and there is Ban Sainai Resort Krabi shuttle available. Food was great.
