Krabi Heritage Hotel

It was a great stay. Loved the ambiance. Property was amazing with all amenities like pool, gym, bar and rest o. Loved the view from room. Rooms are big with big bathrooms and very clean. Housekeeping was amazing. Beach was 5 min walk from Hotel. Many Indian restaurants near by. Mcdonalds, subway, pizza shops are also there. The main street was amazing. From Krabi Town it was just 50 THB ride to Beach. I would recommend this Hotel very much.
Amazing stay. There was a issue at the time of check-in but it was resolved by Hotel. We booked from MakeMyTrip but Hotel got booking details from Goibibo so MakeMyTrip has to clear this doubt with Hotel that both are merged and same. The Hotel was close to Beach, 5 min walk. There are many things on the main market subway, massage parlors, mcdonald, pizza, 7 11 and many Indian restaurants too. The pool was great. View from room is amazing. Would love to stay again and it was Worth money.

We stayed here for 3 nights, considering it was off season so we got a discount. The staff doesn't understand English. They refused to give us clean cups as according to their calculation they had provided and they just refused! They only do housekeeping once after that they won't bother, if you ask them something the staff will stare at your face. They charged us money for spoons which were missing from the room. I feel it's a routine for the staff to just charge the guests but the truth is that the Krabi Heritage Hotel is poorly managed, they keep looking for misplaced items and it's just convenient no make the guests pay. They don't provide extra water bottles, beyond 2 in a day even at the reception. Rooms are average barring the corner sea view room. Closet is very small and washroom is very small.

We stayed here for about 4 days and the Krabi Heritage Hotel stay was excellent. We had an awesome room with the mountain and sea view. The Krabi Heritage Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach and has plenty of shops around for shopping. As it is located in the heart of Krabi place, it is surrounded by restaurants, spas and shopping places yet is very peaceful. The rooms are spacious, hygienic and luxurious with all the facilities expected from a Krabi Heritage Hotel of this caliber. The staff was also very helpful and prompt in service. The food served is insanely awesome with a distinct Thai flavor. Will definitely recommend this to all people who are travelling to Krabi. Must stay at this Krabi Heritage Hotel.

Everything was good except the location ... It's far away from the beach. People who wish to stay aloof, then this place works best for them. People like us who are night lovers, it may not. However, they have a beautiful pool, lovely surrounding. They also have a free shuttle service which can pick you & drop you at the beach but you need to plan it well to catch them or else you end up spending money to reach the beach on your own. On vacation, I would avoid planning things out ... Hence, it never worked for me ... And we ended paying out a lot of money in private transportation ... During night time the taxi people may want to cheat you by asking more money as you are at their mercy. Anyway, the overall stay was good.

The main highlight was the quality of room and the location. The Krabi Heritage Hotel is in the main aao nang market and it's very easy to find several famous food joints and Indian restaurants in the vicinity. The Aao Nang beach is hardly a kilometer away from the Krabi Heritage Hotel and the overall vibe is pretty much positive. The best is the view from balcony as I had a mountain view balcony. You can also find city facing balcony as well. The breakfast was awesome and the service is very fast and efficient. I would recommend.

The Krabi Heritage Hotel is located near to the beach. Many tour agencies are near by, so you can plan where to go easily. These agencies provide pickup and drop from Krabi Heritage Hotel. The room was big and clean. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The was washroom had a good bathtub with hot water. Price of drink in the minibar was very nominal, which was cool. Good options were available on the breakfast menu. The pool is there but was not big.

Nice stay, but room size was very small. Small swimming pool. There is a problem in swimming pool that it is 4 ft in starting but suddenly inside water there is a slop which makes it deep more than 6 ft. If you don't know swimming there is a chance of your falling down in deep pool, so be cautious. Also there is a board near the pool stating no life guard available, so one has to take care himself. Location is good. Nice stay.

So rooms were averaged size and balcony was very small but bathroom was spacious, had a Bath tub and very clean. Not the best Breakfast but decent .. Location is great and the staff is very friendly. If you travelling for the first time to Thailand don't book your Tours at the Krabi Heritage Hotel, go outside and bargain. Depending on the season you are going in prices can be negotiated to almost half of what is offered.

Excellent. We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed the comfort, service, cleanliness and the eagerness to help by the staff. Will certainly recommend your Krabi Heritage Hotel to my friends. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax. Guests remark that after a weekend escape to the Krabi Heritage Hotel, they feel rested and relaxed, noting they will recommend the accommodation to family and friends.

my ranking 4 is because the options in breakfast for pure veg. was very minimal and without any indian preparations. few dishes with eggs were being served as pure veg....disappointing breakfast for pure vegeterian guests.🤔😟🤔. the location of the Krabi Heritage Hotel was excellent....being very close proximity to the beach and the market. the surroundings had plenty of indian restaurents.

Everything about the Krabi Heritage Hotel was sooo good. Just got disappointed with the 7 island tour taken from the Krabi Heritage Hotel concierge. Al the island hopping was too quick. Didn't get enuf tym to explore. And also the breakfast served in the Krabi Heritage Hotel was not that great. Tasteless it was. Other dan that everything about the Krabi Heritage Hotel was just awesome.

The Krabi Heritage Hotel is located at about 3 minutes walk from ao nang beach. You have plenty if options to eat, shop and relax. The Krabi Heritage Hotel is simple but clean, calm and relaxing. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms on the upper floors offer a view of the sea. But no views on the lower floors. Overall a worth stay. Good Krabi Heritage Hotel.

Great Krabi Heritage Hotel located right on ao nang beach. Good clean rooms and pool. Helpful tourist counter at the reception itself. Rooms with bathtub and balcony. Really good overall experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near ao nang beach. Good value for money.

The Krabi Heritage Hotel is located at a walking distance from the Ao Nang beach, making the location excellent. You can just walk out to explore a range of restaurants and places to shop. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, with good house keeping. Bathrooms were clean. The concierge service to book various Tours was useful.

Excellent location just 5 min from sea beach friendly English speaking staff Good behavior they only arrange ferry for phi island. Many many Indian restaurants nearby so no problem for indians. They gave me 2 hr early check in with out any charge

Good value for money. Must come and stay again. Most recommended my friends were very excited and happy for what was there must go. Thanks Makemytrip team good job done for the rates given.

The location was perfect. Just a 10 minutes boat ride from railway! Plenty of restaurants right outside the Hotel. Ferry tickets and excursions can be bought right at the Hotel itself.

It was a great stay. Located near the beach and also close to many cafes. Food was good and the reception was always there to help us with our queries. The swimming pool and the happy hours were the best thing and the staff was extremely professional and sweet. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!!

Definitely Worth stay this place for location

Location is good, closer to beach and market. Not a lot of breakfast options but decent breakky. Good a sea view deluxe room which was pretty spacious as compared to regular rooms. Very neat and clean.

Very close to the Ao Nang beach. Right in front of McDonalds and Subway, so finding food was not an issue. Loads of pharmacy. The 7-11 store is around and it was on the main beach road so everything was accessible. However, we did not like the Ao Nang beach a lot. We would rather stay at Railey next time because of the quality of the beach.

It's a very good Hotel with an awesome location. Peaceful and calm. Ao Nang Beach is just 5 min away.

Value for money, very good location, near to market, food is also good, travel to city is bit tuff because its not in Krabi its in onang but Krabi Heritage Hotel provide travel shared options which is bery good and economical

It is was good stay and the Krabi Heritage Hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach, Krabi Heritage Hotel service was good, next time we visit Krabi we will stay in same Krabi Heritage Hotel. I will give 4 star out 5 to the Krabi Heritage Hotel and value for money. Me and my friend enjoyed the stay in Heritage Hotel.

Bathroom was overflowed with water through drainage. While draining the bathtub water all dirty water overflowed from other drainages. However later it was resolved by the Krabi Heritage Hotel maintenance team. Rest everything was good. Nice stay, very close to the beach.

I had a wonderful stay at this Krabi Heritage Hotel. This is very near to Aao Nang beach. Hotel staff is very cooperative and help in all sort to make your stay pleasant. They speak English as well quite well. Slight negative is that they do not have many options for vegetarians but that can be challenge with almost all of the Thailand Krabi Heritage Hotels.

Located at very good location, satisfactory staff service and peaceful environment.
