Location little far from aonang beach, amenities basic, rooms quality average, drain block in room. Breakfast okayish. If u are planning to just sleep in hotel at a cheap price then only book.

Location, food, amenities and services everything were reasonably good within paid price. Its just they have a different building other than the resort for their economical rooms.

The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was good as they kept changing new food items. It was clean and ambiance was good, pool was great, location is great, like 5 mins to the ao nang beach. The stay was pleasant

Property location was very good but the rooms and amenities were very average and many of them need maintenance. Also, there is a rule book for a everything you do at the property, so not very chill if you are on a vacation.

It’s a good place with close beach and 7/11 near by. Very close to india restaurant too. It is very close to the beach, and all the shoes are very nearby. The best price with the best and the stay that you can find in the beach area with all the facilities in immunities nearby.

The stay is near to the beach and at a very good location. Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was great too. Hotel was clean and even the pool was amazing.

Very nice stay, rooms were very clean and neat, staff members were very polite, they have two properties, one is the main aviva resort, another is right infront of that. There is a price difference in both resorts, though you can enjoy the main swimming pool, which is really very good, try to book the room with a good view, i got a good deal - but my room had no view, but room was very neat and clean with food amenities, we enjoyed our stay, because it's very very close to all the shops, and seven eleven is just next to it

Below average stay with low to no wifi

They gave us the room in the building opposite to the hotel. Which had below average rooms. Staff was not welcoming and there was no power for almost 8 hours with no power backup as well. Wifi was not working most of the time. Overall it was a below average stay.

Very clean property, good quality breakfast, overall good experience. Near hotel there are many indian hotela present also 7/11 shop is very close. You can rent and buy day tour package from nearby shops.
