Dusit Thani Pattaya

We upgraded to the grandee club room. 80sqmt of excellence in the 8th floor same as the club lounge the money for the club / lounge acces is worth its weight in gold. They feed you the pamper you and they make sure the happy hours are awesome for you. The club lounge has the best staff. Notable the below 2 were excellent and made sure all our requests were catered too (as we are vegetarians. The best longe staff: 1. Ms. Jittra (always smiling and always making sure you get what u asked for) i wild giver he 110/100 if i could. 2. Ms. Nalatthapon (at the reception on 8th floor) excellent service and made sure all are special food needs were taken care off. The club lounge pretty much separates you from the regular rooms. As this is a massive Dusit Thani Pattaya and can get very crowded. The beds are very comfortable and the house keeping staff are excellent also. This is dusit at its best with the best service and staff. Will always stay at dusit than i pattaya whenever next in pattaya. The views from the rooms and the lounge and breakfast are excellent

This is the first time we stayed at a dusit than i property! we usually stay 1 to 2 nights at one Dusit Thani Pattaya and then book an alternate one. This time however we stayed at this place for four nights. It's a very well maintained property. The design view king size room was actually better than the suite! it came with a lavazza expresso coffee machine! food was top quality, not overpriced for this kind of a property, quantity is also good! serving is of 5 star quality even the way it is served. Post mid night, it was difficult to order in room dining that is probably ly the only downside to our stay. There are happy hours from laye afternoon until evening, menu is limited but still a great offer. Special thanks to our babysitter, ms ying whom we hired for few hours every night al our pur son doesnt6grt tired from a long trip. She was so. Food qorh the babies and honestly we found the charges nimal at 200 thai bahts per hour! we are most definitely staying at a dusit property. For pur next!

We stayed as a family of three for two days. Initial impression of the Dusit Thani Pattaya was poor. We reached early due to our flight. Duty manager chi was rude and charged us for half day for early check-in. He refused to include breakfast despite charging extra. He gave us a dirty room which had weird smell. The next duty manager was a lady. She was nice and understood our complaint. Upgraded us to one room suite. Hotel has good location with beach access. Central festival mall is 2. 3 km and terminal 21 mall is just 600 mtrs away. Walking street is bit far, about 3. 7 km. Hotel is big with 2 pools and beautiful view of the beach road & the beach. Breakfast was elaborate and menu changed every day. Staff of the Dusit Thani Pattaya is unlike thailand and unhappy. Looked like they were not paid for long time. Overall a happy experience that could have been better.

I recently stayed at the dusit dhani Dusit Thani Pattaya for a leisure trip, and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. The Dusit Thani Pattaya's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and i slept like a baby. The Dusit Thani Pattaya's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, my stay at dusit dhani Dusit Thani Pattaya was delightful, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We checked in 1st of july 2022 and check out was on 3rd july 2022. Hotel was huge and beautiful and location is bang on beach road. So you get out of the Dusit Thani Pattaya and you enter the beach road and end up on walking street. So there is beach all along the Dusit Thani Pattaya. The Dusit Thani Pattaya also has a private access to the beach which is again great. Food options were plenty. Taste of food was good. We just faced little difficulty during check in and had to wait for 25-30 mins to get the room. But everything else great. Would stay again.

We always stay in Dusit whenever we visit Pattaya. As usual everything was good except this time we felt the housekeeping could have been better. English was a concern with the housekeeping staff as we haven't ever experienced that issue earlier with Dusit. Our room was changed after we provided a feedback that the carpet had a damp smell which again could be one off. Rest everything was good. We will definitely be back in Dusit next year as this could be just one off experience hence we are rating it as good and not excellent this time!

A beautiful resort located in the best part of Pattaya Bay with its own private beach. Dusit Thani is also within walking distance of various shopping malls, and the famous Alcazar show. A short walk on the beach road will lead you to a host of beach facing restaurant that serve amazing Thai food and also international cuisine. The Dusit Thani Pattaya has two outdoor swimming pools and three restaurants. For the fitness freak, there is a walk equipped gym and here tennis courts. Dusit is a must stay when you visit Pattaya the next time.

Our initial room assigned for very bad, unclean, old, no wifi. We asked for a changed in from, which the Dusit Thani Pattaya dilly-dallied on. The reception staff who checked us in as well as some duty manager guy were terrible. We raised the concern to MMT, who turned it around to us immediately. I got upgraded to a better room. The Dusit Thani Pattaya is good, our experience got better only after the room change, but had that not been done, it was a dismal experience. Most Dusit Thani Pattaya staff have a very bad attitude overall.

Undoubtedly one of the biggest property in Pattaya and very well maintained.. Starting from the Reception ensured that we are allocated the rooms well before time and ensured that all the rooms are on the same floor as we were a group of 8 friends.. Amazing view of the beautiful sea from all the floors and same great arrangements they have done in the Lawn where you can click some beautiful memories. breakfast had a very good spread .. If you are going. To Pattaya this property is highly recommended

We found dusit than i to be an excellent place to stay during our visit to pattaya. This is a classic old school 5 star luxurious property which is easy to access with one of the best views to the beach. Loved the spacious rooms with their balconies. We also found the swimming pools (3 of them) to be extremely well maintained. The facility also offers access to the beach. Terminal mall and other attractions are a stone's throw away. Overall i would rate it as the best place to be while in pattaya.

It's a premium property close to the beach. Good spacious rooms, quality toiletries, comfortable bedding. Few options for indian vegetarians are also available. A local young boy climbed up my room balcony and felt like a threat but the security arrived soon after and resolved the matter. So, more care must be taken to make the rooms near by the ground floor more safe with tighter security. However, few places are not wheel chair accessible like the pool & the beach. Overall a good experience!

Fantastic location, right across the mall with indian restaurants nearby. Connected to beach unlike other Dusit Thani Pattayas in the vicinity. Had a whopping 5 pools to have a nice swim! good spread in the breakfast as well. Very nice spacious rooms as well, with view of the beach. Only thing i didn't like was them charging extra (about 200 thb) for a glass of milk for my toddler, no other Dusit Thani Pattaya has ever done that in my experience. Didn't expect it from a brand like dusit

Must visit property, amazing food, helpful staff. Almost all attractions are nearby. Room ac and ambience is very good. Less than 100 m beach is accessible

The location is great as it is close to terminal 21 mall. This part of pattaya is great for families who wants to stay away from the sleaze part of the town. The beach is great

Beautiful experience. The Dusit Thani Pattaya is located close to the patong beach. The suite room with pool access had all the amenities. The staffs were very friendly.

Nice co-operative staff. Only thing felt of pointing out is description of rooms at makemytrip is not updated. Rooms with bathtub doesn't have biget and rooms with biget doesn't have bathtubs. Staff was co-operative enough to change the room.

Dusit thani in patayya is an excellent property. It's on the beach and has a great view of the bay. Super interiors and decor specially the small garden in the centre of the Dusit Thani Pattaya. Great breakfast and hospitality. Very clean and neat as well.

Simply superb stay. Excellent location and extremely helpful staff at the Dusit Thani Pattaya. Good quality and tasty food available at the Dusit Thani Pattaya. Dedicated beach access is also available from the Dusit Thani Pattaya.

In club room service and hospitality was exceptionally good but we extended our stay in normal room, the services were not up to the mark

We went to resort with family, everything was great from toom to staff. They have nice kids area where kids can enjoy. They just need to improve breakfast little bit rest is fine.

The stay had no comparison with other similar properties great hospitality cleanliness good behavior of staff but i would like to give a suggestion more varieties at breakfast buffet for indians vegetarian if u see yr record many indians visit yr property kindly look seriously into it otherwise really appreciative experience

Dusit than i pattaya : "excellent location, access to both public pattaya beach and private beach. Sea view rooms on higher floor have excellent view of the beach. Building is a bit old but well maintained. Must stay if your looking for good location"
