For the price charged the place is awesome and the staff allowed us to check in 2 hour prior to check in time. The location is very good. Tuk-Tuks are easily available from main road which 100 mt. From the LK Mansion location. Also, Indian, Thai, Mexican cuisine restaurant are available. Walking street is 2. 2 Km from the location. This LK Mansion takes 500 THB as security deposit which is refundable.

Thai Massage is very cheap around this Hotel and.

The lacking of Balcony and tea cattle and more over bell boy and food service other wise it was really enjoyable to stay here, staff is bit egoistic but you need to know how to tackle them rest everything was fine with the price range of 500THB its fine not more then that ... If you are solo then find dormitory for THB100

Stayed for 4 nights in Junior Deluxe Room, good room and well maintained clean LK Mansion With friendly staff. The LK group has good LK Mansions and are well managed. The housekeeping staff are efficient and quick, daily sheets and towels are changed and water provided. Excellent safe box facility at the reception.

The place has several Indian restaurants, convenience stores just downstairs and tacky massage places. It's a ten or less minutes walk, say 1km odd away from beach road. Hotel in itself has different buildings, the better one being apparently the deluxe rooms and above.
Good option for the price paid.

Very good LK Mansion, value for money. Centrally located LK Mansion. All the places in Pattaya you can reach easily. One can get Baht buses near to LK Mansion. Beach is also at 10 minutes walk. Clean rooms. AC cooling is also very good. Shopping malls, Money Exchange are also nearby. Overall no complain.

Okay LK Mansion in a very nice location, 50 steps away from the Beach. If you love music then you should stay here because the music in the bar opposite to the LK Mansion is on till 4 AM. 7Eleven laundry and street food are just 20 steps away. Also few massage parlour are there on the same soi.

I stay in this LK Mansion 3 nights, LK Mansion is value for money, the LK Mansion location is very good, near to beach walking street and any other activity in Pattaya. Rooms are OK. Hotel staff is very good. Receptionist staff is very cooperative. I feel very safe in this LK Mansion.

Really very nice place to stay. Hotel is very clean. I booked a super deluxe room that was very fine. Hotel is very near to family mart and indian restraunts. Beach is also very near. I will recommend this LK Mansion if you are looking for cheap and best place in Pattaya.

Location of LK Mansion was good for party lovers. Pattaya walking street is at walkable distance aprox 2km, its worth. All indian restaurents are nearby. Good and cheap massage available nearby. I wl rate it as good LK Mansion even if you are travelling with family.

Location is very good I. E. Beach and walking street both are very near to this LK Mansion. Rooms are clean with all facilities except centralized Air conditioning. All the staff are helpful. Pool is also there to enjoy. Overall this LK Mansion is worth to stay.
