Nova Gold Pattaya

Location is good with beach appx. 1 km away. You can easily find a bike rental shops just nearby your Nova Gold Pattaya. Also few 7-11s are nearby. Few indian veg restaurantd are nearby at appx. 1 km away. Talk about room. My room had a good view with balcony. Room has all basic facilities like hair dryer, bathrobs, bathtub and separate shower cubicle, tv, central ac, sofa seating, work desk, small round table, locker, etc. In toiletries, there were shower cap, soap, vanity kit, shower gel & shampoo with conditioner. In common facilities they have covered swimming pool with inbuilt jacuzzi, gym, etc. Few things need to be improved such as staff having trouble to understand our querry sometimes due to language barrier, although they are supportive & answer us very politely. Although if you are traveling with family there is one issue, Nova Gold Pattaya doesn't have working restaurant or kitchen and hence you need to go to nearby restaurants or their nova's sister Nova Gold Pattayas which are nearby. Room have only kettle for water boiling, but doesn't have oven or any other utensils so it will be difficult to have in room dining even if you are taking parcel from nearby. Hotel need to improve in this area by providing kettle for tea preparation, oven n some basic utensils.

This Nova Gold Pattaya is really value for money. I arrived a bit early around 10 am but the rooms are available from 2 pm. The Nova Gold Pattaya provided the facility of keeping my luggage at their store against receipts. Pattaya is a nice place to move around and spending 2 -3 hours does not matter. When I came back around 1. 30 pm, the room was allotted to me. Excellent rooms, big enough, bathrooms are also spacious. Desktop computer was there for the category of the room that I booked. Very peaceful place, even though situated at the heart of the city but the place is calm and cool. Plenty of restaurants nearby. In some reviews, I have found that reception staff are rude but I found them very friendly and cooperative. The Nova Gold Pattaya provides free shuttle to drop guests at different places of Pattaya. The swimming pool is there but I could not venture as I was not sure whether it was cleaned regularly. Size of the pool is small though it has a jacuzzi. Gym is good and well equipped but no trainer inside. In nutshell, the Nova Gold Pattaya is of great value for money.

I have been staying at this Hotel for quite a time now. It's a great Hotel at very reasonable price. Location is little far from walking street but you have the luxury of both taxi and local tuk tuk which charge 10 baht per person from main Road towards walking street. It is just 1 km walking distance from central festival mall. The best mall. Only draw back is Hotel has no kitchen but 7 11 stores around it. So no food problem. Hotel has approx 50 rooms. Which are amazing. Big and well maintained rooms. Good washrooms with Bath tubs in mostly all deluxe room. Company gives the best price and very cheap too. Go for it if you are solo, friends or business.

This is my sixth time in Pattaya and first time in this Nova Gold Pattaya. I must say I choose a right Nova Gold Pattaya this time. Everything is good about this Nova Gold Pattaya except it doesn't have its own restaurant. There is a small restaurant called Siam Lounge just 1 minute away with delicious breakfast options and Thai foods. 7-11 and Family Mart are just about at the doorstep. Good location, good staffs (Sawitree and Chutipapha - pls forgive me if i am wrong to name them) they are very good. All good.

Hotel infrastructure is too good. Rich and affluent in look and experience. Room is spacious with the balcony. We occupied the room with twin bed which had a teapoy and 3 big chairs. Even then there were enough space. Fridge and locker facilities are available. Hotel has a small swimming pool they did not have restaurant in the Nova Gold Pattaya but insisted us to go to another Nova Gold Pattaya of their branch which was just 5 mins away. Over all a very good Nova Gold Pattaya

The Nova Gold Pattaya is at a very good location, near to the famous soapy. Massage centers, alcazar and the beach. Walking street is a good half hour walk there. But you get the bike ride or can rent a bike from there. The front desk staff can be not courteous all the time. But you interact with them only on specific occasions. You can get a friend along with a valid thai id for free. 2 friends will cost you 700 baht. Early check-in would cost you 700.

I got in good deal. Check in and check out was fast. We were in deluxe corner room which is spacious. Children were happy. We didn't include breakfast so can not comment. Reception staffs were very polite. But they are very strict about smoking policy. They made fine certain amount to one person in front of us for smoking inside the room. While the person was not agreeing to pay the fine. So beware of it. Overall nice stay and value for money.

Everything is good in Nova Gold Pattaya but the restaurant is not present inside the Nova Gold Pattaya. We had to move some other Nova Gold Pattaya for buffet Breakfast. Nowhere is mentioned that we have to submit 1000security for check-in but Nova Gold Pattaya staff said it comes under Nova Gold Pattaya policies. No provision for early check-in. Hotel staff is very rude and disrespectful for everything

Main minus point is their staff, it's not helpings us. Even they not understand english. Hotel is very good but inside by main road When you come in Nova Gold Pattaya after walk you have to pay extra money for local taxi. Hotel service is very good compare to Bangkok Nova Gold Pattaya Guest free entry Beli for money but same you can find same good Nova Gold Pattaya near Beach road or main road.

This property is located around 2Kms away from the sea beach but they provide FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE for dropping to the sea beach which is really appreciated. They have 4 Nova Gold Pattayas all located in vicinity. Breakfast is provided at another property around 300 meters from this Nova Gold Pattaya. Breakfast spread is really VAST highly recommended. You would love it :)

Awesome Hotel, mind blowing. I was travel with my friend. And Nova Gold Hotel is superb Hotel at this price. Receptionist are so good and polite. Rooms are awesome. We enjoy our stay a lot. The only minus point of this Hotel is the location because is very far from the walking street and you have to hire a motor bike, taxi at every time you visit walking street.

Room is near Pattaya beach only 15 minutes walk. Taxi is there but suggesting walking is the best way to go and you can get render bike for per day but one thing you need to take international license, if you don't have international license also you can get the bike. I don't understand this Nova Gold Pattaya was 4 star my opinion change 4 to 3 star then OK

Room were cleaned. Good to stay with family. Jaccuzzai can enjoy. One can spend the time to workout in gym. Indian restaurant is walkable. Although Nova Gold Pattaya is inside lane yet well connected with tuk.

Wonderful Nova Gold Pattaya, clean nice and tidy. Situated at centre of the city. Nearby for all places. All kind of facility including room service, hot water and swimming pool. Worth for money paid. Staff are excellent.

Nice and quite. No in house restaurant. WiFi is bad. Nice Nova Gold Pattaya if you are looking for peaceful one. Beach is about 15 mins walk. Hotel is close to Alcazar and have some good eateries near by. I would give 4/5

Overall a good experience. The rooms are big and clean. Tub Bath is big and so is the bathroom. Need to walk a bit to reach main road but places like alcazar and art in paradise are walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The room was great value for money, at Rs 1055 per day at off season, with clean linen, soft beds, sit-out, nice bathroom. The safe did not work, and I had to be careful with my valuables. The location is a little off center, but there is a shuttle van and convenient motorcycle taxis.

Rooms were very clean and big with all amenities like 5-star Nova Gold Pattayas.

Hotel is really good. Cheaper, thanks to Make My Trip. Rooms are big, spacious and washrooms are no less than 5 star. Cons. No restaurant inside. Morning staff can be rude to some fellow guests. Little far before you can get tuk tuk. Overall. I have stayed here 4 times since 2015. I like the vibes around the Nova Gold Pattaya. At this price grab it.

I will go back again soon. I enjoyed a lot.

We liked the Hotel location near to all the prime places by bike on rent which is just in front of the Hotel. My hair drier was not working rest all good, rooms neat and clean.

Worth booking this Hotel. For breakfast alone we need to move to the other Hotel. But the entire Hotel is well n good
