All room equipment are very old and few are already broken wash room is not clean and also very badly smell

Property was good with good swimming pool and greenery all around. It is very close to the pattaya beach.

Worst stay at basaya beach resort pattaya, no hot water, telephone now working, internet was dead slow, staff rude, over all the hotel is not good to stay.

The stay was okay and not as good as the times before covid. The quantity of food for vegetarians have been reduced and the rooms were okay.

Hotel front desk staff are rude and impolite, those peoples are shame of Thailand on welcoming tourist. Wifi was not working at all. Especial indians don't choose this place they treat us dog.

The Hotel provides good amenities at a reasonable price and the location is excellent. However, the early/late check-in system needs an improvement and an elevator is necessary
