Worse in everything including elevator service, unhygienic bathroom. Smelly rooms, no proper food service

The food was horrible, the staff is in decent, they charged 300bht from me just for a lipstick mark on it and charged 150bht for a breakage of one small glass. Horrible experience, will never recommend anyone to book this hotel

Perfect location and we'll maintained place. Breakfast was good and they had veg options available. Just outside u have good good spa n tour booking centre

Staffs always greet you with smile. Everything is good. Nothing to complain about. Indian menu available everyday and displayed in hindi and english language like this hotel mainly for indian people. Terminal 21 mall, alcazar show, tiffany's show are in walking distance. Walking street is 2. 5 kms away. Beach is just 600 m away. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. I had a great and pleasant stay.

The overall stay of mine is very good. The front desk team is excellent. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Location wise this is a great property to stay. I will be happy to recommend this property to my friends.

Laat 5years i stay here. Nice room, staff was good. Room service all good. So i prefer to stay here. Over all good about this hotel.

There was continuous loud sound coming in the room from ac duct or from somewhere from the walls which made it a nightmare to sleep at night. I asked for a room change but hotel didn’t have the room. My 3 nights stay was painful. Don’t stay here

It’s a pleasant stay, they gave me room before check in time. Good reception. Only concern is there is no ac in reception, so while sitting or waiting for someone you will feel the heat

Good hotel with all ammenities. Nice food and supportive staff, i would recommend this hotel to my family friends and relatives

The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. . Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. . I had a great experience at this restaurant!
