Probably one of the best hotels for indians in pattaya. Location is perfect. Rooms are so good. Food is too good. And staff people are so very good. Special mention and thanx to staff laxmi, shravan, roshan. They take care of all guests so much. Thanx journey-hub for a memorable stay. See u again very soon

Journey hub pattaya has gud indian food that i hv tasted at reception mr jo was a nice guy always greeting u with smile and helping in whatever way he can journey hub is the best of all hotels that i have stayed in thailand sure for next time

Average hotel, charge for early check in

It is an average hotel with average amenities. In my entire life i have not seen any hotel to demand extra money for early check in. This hotel asked 500 baht per room for early check in of 2 hours. Two small bottles of water is served per day, if you want more water you have to pay 30 baht for 300 ml bottle. We bought a pack of 6 bottles of 1. 5 ltrs at 55 baht from nearby 7/11 store. There is shortage of staff, no bell boy to handle your luggage, receptionist has to do this job as well.

our experience started with a decent check-in process. the rooms are decent enough for 2 people stay. could see lot of indians staying over there. and they serve decent options for breakfast which could cover indian flavour of food as well. the only con is the smaller size of the swimming pool though i have not used it during our stay. in total, its a decent option for budget and proximity..

I found this property on mmt, this property meets all my requirements, the food of the restaurant was awesome. Staff was very helpful especially restaurant staff laxmi.

Location was good. Walking distance from all nearby party areas. Indian food on the property was a boon. Room amenities were not as per standard of a 4 star hotel. No iron, bath robes were provided.

1 location is somewhat interior not on main stream. Yes hindi speaking staff was there that is a good thing but breakfast is very poor for indian veg travellers. Very limited food options and taste was not good.

Good location. Excellent rooms. I stayed 2 night's and everything was good. Reception staff, restaurant staff are having good behavior. Especially food quality was superb. My family enjoyed a lot.

The stay was comfortable with cooperative staff. Good indian restaurant. The best is that we asked them to prepare non spicy khichdi for my kid, and they were very helpful. Good rooms with excellent room service
