    We 3 friends have taken 2rooms for 4nights on Feb2023 18 to 22 property is very good neat and clean very spacious rooms with big balcony pattaya blue sky offers Saturday & Sunday complimentary breakfast it's good but not Indian style even though it's very good breakfast every day they clean rooms excellent 👍 I recommend this hotel it's walking distance to pattaya beach and walking street is 2km from hotel,I give 4star rating,,👍

    Very close to alcazar and the beach, the walking street is also just 4kms. The rooms are big and clean and the breakfast spread is also decent.

    The hotel is made by the staff. Wanna in reception welcomes with a smile. The accommodation keeps your room clean. Som and as are excellent along with the rest of team in food and buy.

    Alcaraz cabaret, 7 to11, Korean BBQ house, tons of massage parlours, Thai restaurants Indian food stalls, beach everything is within 5 kin walk, clean place, courteous staff behaviour, good spread for breakfast, decent taste, only pool was not cleaned & water unchanged from atleast past 15 days.

    Location is perfect, two mins walk to Pattaya beach. Attractions like Ripleys believe it or not, art paradise and Alcazar show is walkable distance. Walking street is only 5 mins via tuk-tuk. Breakfast is good but repeats items. Rooms are clean and will find all amenities. Good pool. If you want to enjoy Pattaya beach, walking street. This is the place to stay. Fully satisfied with the hotel. Macdonalds is only 5 mins by walk and opens 24 hours.

    Good location and quite place, avoid using swimming pool, it needs heavy renovation the borders are damaged and skin gets cut easily how much you take care to avoid corners but still skin gets cut

    I stayed there 4 nights and everything was as planned. Staff was cooperative, location was good, room was clean. Will be happy to look forward in this hotel for future visit.
