I always prefer to stay at this hotel during each visit to bangkok. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is very peaceful.

Good hotel with perfect beach view

I have stayed in this hotel before also. And with their service i am very happy. We got an early check in upon prior request. All the staffs are very lovely and humble. Rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of hotel pool and pattaya beach.

Complete renovation required

Location and size of the property is outstanding but i don’t understand why have ruined there property by not maintaining it properly. Washrooms were super pathetic, tub size is too small and the fittings are ages old. Furniture is like almost 30-40 years old. The hotel actually needs a complete renovation. The only best part was room air conditioner, rest everything needs to be change.

Good location. Few minutes walking to the beach and walking street. Quite a big property with Royal Palace hotel adjoining. Opposite to Ripley's believe it or not on the 2nd street side. On request I was given early check-in and extended checkout . Despite such big hotel basic things were missing like Iron board, comb etc.

The overall experience was very good. The location of the hotel is very good and everything is accessible by foot.
The services are really nice. The staff is good. The food in the restaurant is decent. The pool is also really good and clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with very courteous staff .. Luckily we got a very good room with partial beach view .. Connectivity is excellent .. You go out, you get a laundry, 7/11 store, medical store, massage parlour .. Opp side is a mall where you have all good restaurants .. On the other side of mall is the beach ..
