Excellent hotel with service excellence. Great overall stay. The room is of great condition, it has everything that you will look for in a room and the hotel has indian restaurants and well maintained. Many thanks to ms. Piya at the reception for giving excellent service and was really attentive if any need. Will recommend all indian to stay in this hotel and enjoy.

The room was ok the price. Need to concentrate on cleanliness. Near 7/11 and lot of indian restaurants are available. Walking street is nearby in walking distance.

Staff also know hindi language, and also connected with tour and travels but it's expensive. Beer also expensive in hotel so buy it from 7 eleven

i recently stayed at the esse hotel and was impressed by the overall experience. i am writing the review because i saw many negative comments. i was also sceptical about the hotel based on the reviews, but i haven't faced any issues. the room was clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. as it is a budget category hotel, do not expect luxury. all basic amenities were there including the gym and swimming pool. the location is the highlight which was near the walking street, so it was convenient for exploring local attractions. everything is available nearby, you know what i mean 😉. there are lots of indian restaurants nearby and i would suggest having lunch or dinner at haveli restaurant which is just beside the hotel. the owner aashu bhai is a great gentleman and very cooperative. the staff knows hindi and english making it very easy to communicate. the receptionist cherry is very nice, humble and cooperative..

no service at all room condition very bad penalty which they will charge is out of the world eg any damage to pillow cover they will charge 250bath 😂

Bhai agar maje karne hai na to ekdum mast hotel hai, vibes are awesome. Bilkul friendly type. No strictness, no boundations. Hotel is on road, sab kuch aas pas hai. 24 hour open. Restaurants, 7/11, clubs, beach, walking street, auro owners ke to kaya hi kehne, lagta hi nahi owners hai. Super friendly. Facilities achi hain according to price, gym, swimming pool, smart tv, locker, ac, mini bar. Auro jyada facility auro luxurious feeling chahiye then go for 4 star auro 5 star and spend at least 2 times more. Bhai log dekho maje karne hai auro comfort chahiye to idhar aao, luxury enjoy karni hai to bilkul mat aao. But itne kama poise me i isse jyada mat maango. All staff are very nice specially prem and cherry ( polite, responsible, hardworking). Rooms are a bit small but again as i said according to price this is jabardast. They have big room also, but have to pay little more, i was solo so no required. They not let me feel that i came alone. A big big thanks to ash u bhai, prachi mam, prem bro, cherry.

Awesome experience, i booked grand deluxe room (311), nice room, swimming pool view. Very nice weather. Service are top on the cherry as they are patiently listen everything you say. They don't have so many amenities but yes according to prices, it was superb. Location is the main thing, everything is very near by. Ms prachi helped me a lot in planning my tour activities. Overall very smooth experience. I will recommend to everyone. But please don't expect luxury in this price. Because whatever they are offering in this price that is justified.
