Phi Phi Banyan Villa

Pros: the location is convenient and central, rooms are clean and well maintained, the breakfast is good (maybe not the best spread for a vegetarian though. Cons: we checked in at 2 pm, freshened up and stepped out for our first meal of the day as we had been travelling. We headed to the Phi Phi Banyan Villa restaurant and they turned us away saying they had “boat booking” and would not serve anyone without a reservation. Most of the restaurant was empty and it seemed more like an issue because we were from india and they only wanted to serve caucasians.

The location of the resort is a short 5 min walk from the Tonsai pier and in the thick of things. The rooms were a bit smaller than what we had initially thought while booking. The staff was a bit weird during check-in, maybe a one-off. Good breakfast, but uncomfortable beds. Didn't use the Phi Phi Banyan Villa's pool or fitness center facilities, but they looked quite good from an outside view. Will recommend for people looking for a short stay in Phi Phi.

We had an amazing time in phi phi banyan villa. We arrived at phi phi around 5. Upon arrival, somebody from the Phi Phi Banyan Villa picked us up to help us reach the Phi Phi Banyan Villa. After getting our rooms allocated, we got our welcome drinks which was pineapple shake with basil leaves. The room quality is good. There are swimming pool allocated to different groups of room. The breakfast buffet is awesome. The concierges are really helpful

We stayed in Phi Phi for two nights and it was our best time in Thailand. The Phi Phi Banyan Villa was the best part. After a Long day of tours and snorkelling coming back to the comforting room was just extremely nice. The staff here is extremely sweet and helpful. It's at the pier Side of the Island, amazing view at breakfast. Every detail in the room was so thought through. I just enjoyed my stay here.

This place is perfectly located not too far from everything. Great rooms. The garden wing villas are better than the banyan wing as their floorings don’t creak so you won’t hear people walking above you. They have a pretty good gym. But the drawback is back that they don’t start air con. Overall it’s a great Phi Phi Banyan Villa compared to other Phi Phi Banyan Villas in phi phi. I would book again.

Hotel is near to the pier and few steps away from the beach and local market. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, only problem wad floor which made noise while we walked or someone else passed by the room. Ladies at reception were good but the man who was on night duty was very friendly and greeted us “subh ratri” every time we went at reception.

The place is bang on the middle. Everything is at a distance of maximum 5 min walk if you stroll. Nice pool. Almost all rooms have a balcony that faces the pool but still gives privacy. Did not try the room service so cannot comment about the food quality. Lots of nice eating places around right from breakfast to dinner.

The resort is located right on the main path of the island and it's right in the centre. The staff are helpful and nice. The only issue i had was that in the night no one was present at the reception. The breakfast was nice and right opposite the beach. Overall i would recommend people to visit the resort.

We were happy with the room, the Phi Phi Banyan Villa has a great location. Very convenient to move Around the Island. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was not that great.
The balcony door was little unsafe. And the pillows were uncomfortable. A little fragrance in the room would have done magic.

The place was lovely and centrally located. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was in close proximity. The rooms were spacious. Make sure you choose this stay at phi phi and you will not regret it. They offer porter service from the pier to the Phi Phi Banyan Villa. No

The property is located very near to the pier. It has all the working amenities maintained decently. I stayed in a superior view room which was great compared to their regular rooms. The restaurant (right on the beach) is just awesome. Overall a great place to stay for the price.

The resort location is perfect. It's close to the pier and within the market. The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and polite. The only issue is, we were given a room on the ground floor, we could hear footsteps of ppl walking on the above floor the entire day.

The property is situated walkable distance from ton sai pier and restaurant is right in front of beach. Excellent location but breakfast choice can be done better.

Overall a nice & beautiful stay ! breakfast could have had more vegetarian/vegan options, considering the amount of crowd they have who are vegetarians. Cleanliness was good overall.

Nice Phi Phi Banyan Villa near tons-oi peer. Easy access to near by places. Pool is small but well maintained. Hotel ambience is very nice. Hoyel staffs were very friendly and polite specially the reception staffs. Clean and hygienic. American breakfast with limited veg options.

The property happens to be a beach facing one and is located at a 2 min walk from the pier. The market is very accessible from the property

Wonderfully located at Tonsai Bay, this property is right in the middle of the buzz. Downside is the repeatedly same breakfast menu but on the whole it's a great place.

Main standing lamp was required to take the cable out to put it off as there was no switch to put it off. The bathroom drain point was partially clogged and water was not going.

Hotel staff is really helpful. Location was very nice, next to the ton sai peer.

Hotel very near ton sai bay, all market nightlife, hospital, food market 7 eleven, many mini market, near. If i come next time then i will stay in this Phi Phi Banyan Villa.

Very humble & friendly staff we experienced at the property. They provide bell boy to & from at the pier property is in centre of the phi phi, you can reach in 10-12 minutes walk to all the attractions. We really loved this property & would definitely recommend this property

The Phi Phi Banyan Villa has a very good beach facing view that every traveller would love to stay.

Close to the pier. Limited buffet. Overall lovely Phi Phi Banyan Villa with friendly cats. Some rooms have a better view than the others so we were lucky to have the garden view room

They have there own beach restaurant. Everything nearby. Carlito’s bar is sick awesome (fire show every night) and very near to the Phi Phi Banyan Villa. Phi phi and this Phi Phi Banyan Villa both were best experience of my life. Thank you so much.
