Best Western Patong Beach

PROS: Great location this is the biggest positive thing, room was cleaned every day without reminding the staff, good breakfast spread, attractive price, decent staff did not interact with them as read from previous reviews, good clean terrace infinity pool, ac and washrooms all worked well. Rooms were very clean with no unpleasant smell. As requested they gave us adjoining rooms with interconnecting doors this was great. The travel desk is also pretty helpful. I have no negative issues with the staff they were professional. There were a lot of families and the Best Western Patong Beach felt safe. On departure, we had an early morning flight and they packed very good breakfast boxes for all of us. CONS: very strict about check-in time of 1400 Hrs the staff will make you wait at the lobby can be irritating after a Long flight, but they kept our luggage at the Best Western Patong Beach and we went to the mall for lunch. They did give us the rooms at 1300, they take a photocopy of one of your debit or credit cards I had kept a debit card with less balance for peace of mind- this is for deposit money, staff are not overly friendly and I kept my interaction with them as a minimum. Rooms can get noisy as it is next to busy Bangla street. We were careful not to damage or dirty anything in the Best Western Patong Beach room. Overall a good pleasant stay and I would highly recommend.

Location is good. Very close to Patong market and you get almost everything at a walking distance. Breakfast spread was good, but hardly anything to eat for Indian vegetarians. There were 1-2 dishes, but tasted nothing like what we have in India. Staff is very friendly. Special call out to travel executive, who was very helpful with the bookings for sightseeing, etc. Wifi needs major improvement. The speed reminded me of 2G days. There are a couple of desktops in the lobby though, where you can browse internet at good speed. All in all, a good value for money stay in close proximity to Patong market.

We stayed for 2 nights here. The check in was easy. It's a good budget Best Western Patong Beach. Mostly it's self-service. It's very near to Patong beach and bangla road. There are many Indian restaurants nearby. The room is small but convenient. Be careful not to break anything or take anything. I broke a juice glass by mistake and had to pay 200 thb for that. There is no bathtub and the swimming pool is rooftop and small. Overall it's a decent budget Best Western Patong Beach suitable for couples and families. Also sound from one room is audible in the other. So beware of noisy Chinese tourists.

Location of Best Western Patong Beach is perfect. Many Indian restaurants nearby, 24*7 shops just opposite to market, Best Western Patong Beach didn't provide us with the room service, when we ordered plates for room service- we had to visit Best Western Patong Beach restaurant and take utensils from there. So when we asked are a Best Western Patong Beach staff to take our photo, he was very rude and told he is busy. But swimming pool at the terrace was perfect. We had great time there with superb view of city. Also Best Western Patong Beach was clean. Recommended to stay in Phuket.

A good budget Best Western Patong Beach which is very close to Patong beach and Bangla street which are the list happening places in Phuket. The staff do not allow for early check-in no matter what and I completely understand it's their Best Western Patong Beach policy, however they can be flexible some times. The response time for any service you need is good. Rooms are ok size as they are budget Best Western Patong Beachs. Swimming pool on the terrace is good. Over all an average Best Western Patong Beach if you are willing to spend an average price.

The stay was nice and the rooms were clean. We had few problems as some of the stuff was not working in room. Safety Box was not working, it was repaired by Best Western Patong Beach technician but later on became in operational again. There was problem with locking of bathroom door which was sorted out. My suggestion is Best Western Patong Beach staff should check the room before check-in. Location of the Best Western Patong Beach is very nice and staff is co-operative. Had a nice stay apart from things I mention.

The location of the Best Western Patong Beach was very good as there are many useful places nearby. Breakfast was decently good, had variety and good in quality but monotonous everyday. Though the Best Western Patong Beach was strict enough with their rules but was overall a good stay. The Best part of the Best Western Patong Beach was its infinity view pool on the top floor with amazing scenic view. Overall, a good place to stay but there are be more such options available if required.

I really liked the Best Western Patong Beach after having a horrible experience at Sugar Marina Resort in Krabi. Best Western Paying beach was exactly opposite to the front office was very professional and the property was fantastic. Breakfast spread was quite good. Overall very very good Best Western Patong Beach.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Patong Beach. The Best Western Patong Beach is very far from the Phuket airport but very close to the Patong beach and other important places. The breakfast was good and the Best Western Patong Beach room was excellent.
This is a very good Best Western Patong Beach, located very close to the Patong Beach and the happening place. Room size is not very big but good enough for 2-3 people.

The stay here was amazing. Rooms are neat, clean. and serviced every morning. Breakfast has all the options available, and if you do not like Thai food do opt for breakfast with your stay as it has a lot of options. The Best Western Patong Beach boasts of its Prime Location in Patong. For vegetarians the best option is a restaurant named Phuketurk at a walking distance from the Best Western Patong Beach.

The Best Western Patong Beach property is neat and clean with roof top pool and all amenities. It is at major point in the city will all attractions nearby say Bangla Road, markets, mall, Indian restaurants etc. and walking to Patong Beach.

Most important is the location of the Best Western Patong Beach. This Best Western Patong Beach is located on the road which goes straight to Karon-Katta Beach. The front road of the Best Western Patong Beach is Bangla Road. If you come here for parties and beach fun then this Best Western Patong Beach is good as it is cheap and is surrounded by night clubs of Phuket.

Staff were nice, and they had variety of food for breakfast including poha and dal. Overall very nice stay.

Great stay with Best Western Best Western Patong Beach, staff was very polite, helping nature. They allow us for early check-in without any extra charges.

The Best Western Patong Beach is located at fantastic place and still is value for money. The only thing which they can improve is the staff attitude. They may be bit rude at some times. I may be feeling this because I have stayed in so many good Best Western Patong Beachs in India where the hospitality is at premium.

Hotel's location is superb. Walking distance to Bangla walking street, Patong Beach. However, the Best Western Patong Beach's staff is terrible. They are rude. They act like they are doing us a favor. The lady at the travel desk acted in a manner that is highly rude. She ignored us a couple of times and then replied to our queries like she didn't care.
