Location- good, near to Patong beach (5-7 minutes drive). Taxis, Tuk tuks easily available. Bangla road (walking street) also about 8-10 minutes drive.. Overall, nicely located property.. FOOD- we tried only veg Indian food and it was great.. BUFFET BREAKFAST- not much options for vegetarians but tasty food.. CLEANLINESS- Journeyhub Phuket Patong, beds, rooms, washroom and common areas were very clean and nicely maintained. Swimming pool was also clean and beautifully maintained.. ROOM SERVICE- was fast and good.. STAFF- courteous and supportive in every respect... overall- MOST COMFORTABLE STAY AT NORMAL PRICE..

It is a good Journeyhub Phuket Patong Veg restaurant like honest is within walking distance. Food is good with many veg options. Pool area on 8th floor is great. However there is no bell boy to handle the luggage. You will have to take the luggage on 8th floor (at reception) by lift yourself. Secondly though there is a travel desk at ground floor, but most of the time nobody is there. Approach of the Journeyhub Phuket Patong is through a lane, not main road.

Resort location is far from property .resort is good but breakfast option for Indian very less .Staff is polite and humble and shuttle service free of cost to and fro from resort to beach is unique selling point of this resort . Monkeys are hovering around and in my case in our absence entered room and make room very dirty by throwing things on floor . Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed it .

Property is located away from the beach; around 2 kms and although there is a shuttle it operates only 3 times a day and needs 45 mins prior booking. Rooms were good and spacious and clean. The pool on the top was good as well. Breakfast spread was disappointingly small for a Journeyhub Phuket Patong of its size.

The location is prime location near to patong beach, food has ample variety of indian cuisine but only rooms are small and stinky.

Nice smoothly check in, good room we were checking late night so we informed them, they made our room ready and chilled so it's was very convenient and can sleep well.

Really good Journeyhub Phuket Patong..with all the amenities and everything is nearby whether it is bangla road or patong beach. The staff is really helpful and polite..thanks to mukesh bhaiya...he helped us a lot. The rooms are quite spacious and very pretty.
