1. Location, Maikhao Palm Beach Resort, lobby, ambience were great - 5/5 2. View from "sea view deluxe room" was fantastic - 5/5 3. Vegetarian food - difficult to explain "vegetarian" - 3/5 4. Service is horrendously slow (minimum 45mins) - 2/5 5. Breakfast spread was good. But vegetarians get only toast, fruits and eggs - 2/5 6. If something is wrong in the room (dead bird in the balcony, fridge dripping, ac not cooling, even after multiple calls they didn't attend. Only next day it was fixed - 1/5 even in usa, thai restaurants make veg versions of green curry, red curry and yellow curry, pad thai etc. They are delicious. In this thailand Maikhao Palm Beach Resort, it was difficult to get them to make them for us!

Good location. Nice property. Has all amenities and the swimming pool is the highlight. With a big size bathtub in each room. It is a good place. Though close to airport around 12kms but very serene and non commercial. Perfect for couples.

The staff was helpful and the resort has good clean rooms and the resort is decent sized you can relax a whole day there. They have plent of recreational activities and the staff made breakfast on request too.

It was nice but need to upgrade.
