Novotel Phuket Resort

The positives first: Great location (especially the access to a lovely part of Patong beach), excellent swimming pools, good restaurants, decent breakfast, and very responsive housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned our room. The van service and leisure activities were pretty good as well. The not so good: Room furnishings need improvement. There was no bedside table; the bunk bed was creaky and unstable; insufficient lighting in the room. Some of the staff, in particular, need to undergo some basic hospitality training. Especially the gentleman who was manning the reception during our check out early in the morning was terrible. I have never seen such rude and uncouth behavior in the services industry, and this was just a normal checkout process! Overall, a good Novotel Phuket Resort which could have been much better.

Excellent experience at novotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are big. Breakfast is above average. Had few veg options, at least you wont remain hungry. Service was quick. Its a big property with excellent ambiance. Don’t miss the massage there. Only drawback is that property has many steps and slops. Though they provide golfcart to travel from main road to lobby but not sure it its going to be comfortable for pregnant women and elderly. Pool was clean. It’s located very near to bangla road. Hotel also provides free shuttle service till bangla road central mall. Overall we had best time at novotel and will definitely book it again in future.

As already rated, everything about the Novotel Phuket Resort is excellent except the food part that too only for the indian tourists since in spite of having such large influx of indian tourists at a place like phuket the Novotel Phuket Resort doesn't have indian cuisine in its menu and most of the Indians don't like the thai food. But overall a great Novotel Phuket Resort at a fantastic location and would stay again at the same Novotel Phuket Resort in my next visit.

Very good locations. Rooms were also good. Only problem we faced is that the Novotel Phuket Resort is not suitable if you have any aged parents travel-ling with you. The beauty of the Novotel Phuket Resort is that it is based on a hill which makes it a unique experience. But as there were a lot of steps, my parents were stuck in their room and could only go to the dining halls for meals. Rest everything was great - the food, staff, pools, concierge service, spa, etc.

We took deluxe sea view room which had a very nice view of the sea. The rooms were clean and spacious and. Staff was courteous and helpful. However, the location is at a steep hill at one end of the patong beach so walking up is impractical particularly when you have walked at-least 15 mins from patong market center. If you plan to eat all meals outside the Novotel Phuket Resort, then better go for another Novotel Phuket Resort which is near the beach. No

Resort was excellent but very far from airport(1 -1. 5 hr) overall it was a great experience except one issue. When i request for taxi to airport as i have morning domestic flight to bankok, they put pressure to leave the Novotel Phuket Resort before 5-6 hrs. Even i ready to take the responsibility for any loss or miss my flight but they didn't provide taxi then i book online for just 2 hr before and reached to airport easily on time. The staff put press

Our stay at Novotel Phuket Resort is memorable. The location of the Novotel Phuket Resort is just 5 star. Views from the room and balcony was splendid, in fact it was 270 degree view overlooking both the Patong Beach and Patong Town. Room amenities are standard as per Novotel. Breakfast was very good with many different options. Hotel has 2 pools, gardens to pass leisure time. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was really a good stay. Specially the view from balcony was mesmerizing and breathtaking. The Novotel Phuket Resort is at Hills but they provide round the clock service for pick and drop. I would recommend couple traveler to stay in this Novotel Phuket Resort for Sea view with balcony rooms.

We came to Phuket to enjoy our honeymoon. We selected Novotel Phuket Resort in Patong beach. It was a pleasant stay, nearer to Patong beach and an awesome experience. The hospitality of the people are just fabulous. The quality of food is also good. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation and we would like to come here again.

Good location for clam and peaceful stay. Rooms were a bit old but the location and view is excellent. Would definitely recommend this Novotel Phuket Resort.
Location is far from the hustle bustle of Patong lively area. But if you want a clam stay then it is perfect with an excellent view from room.

The location of Novotel Phuket Resort is really good. You can directly see the beach from your balcony. There are three great pools one below another and you see entire sea while swimming. Overall good Novotel Phuket Resort but there are no lifts and a lot of up and down to reach your room.

I stay in novotel for 5 nights and it was a great experience. The best part is there staff they talk very nice they explain everything in brief and room cleaning and bed sheets they change everyday and the location of the Novotel Phuket Resort very good the best part is sea view point room

It is a wonderful stay right in patong. The property itself is exquisite and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Location of Novotel Phuket Resort is so convenient that you can go any place of you choice quickly. Patong beach is stone throw away. Rooms are very neat and clean. Swimming pool hut boys and girls are very friendly and caring. Indian chef is good. Vegetarian options are available.
