They had upgraded my room for free and it was a great experience. Great rooms, good service, indian food option is available. The pools, views were amazing. Good service and comfortable stay.

What an amazing experience. I chose this hotel for my first ever trip to thailand. Really they made the experience awesome. The people were full of smiles and very friendly. The room was amazing! the best one i've ever been. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options. Loved the spa service! it was the best i've had till date. There was a travel guide in the lobby which was useful for our phi phi island trip. Thank you for the vibe and experience!

It's a lovely setting among the mountains. It’s about 10 minutes away by cab for major. However, the room need to be upgraded.
5/5 to the hotel for superb hospitality, ambience, food and facilities. Food of tam-bu restaurant was awesome

I recently stayed at a vista hideaway *****t with my family from 2nd to 5th july. The property is a 10/10 in every aspect. Amazing service at check-in by jo- we are given room upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, the staff was very courteous and offered us a complimentary lunch while we waited for our room check in. The lunch at the restaurant was beyond exquisite in presentation and taste both. The p had thai noodles with shrimp, the burratta with heirloom tomatoes were the stars of the lunch. The spa was amazing and luxurious. The thai boxing class with mr. Nu was awesome. Jo & golf attended to all our needs at the front desk. Special mention to the duty manager in the restaurant at breakfast who offered to pack and deliver breakfast for my family to my room as they couldnt make it to the restaurant in the rain. This property is beautiful. We enjoyed staying our last night in the saw-an pool suite and the pool was amazing. Overall its not just the property but every staff member which makes the experience memorable. From jo at front desk to matte at the porch- everyone went the extra mile for us. I will surely come back again.

Good property but poor loc

We stayed there for 2 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. Since the hotel is on a hill, it's not walkable from patong beach. They do have shuttle service at 4pm and 10pm but they don't do reverse pickup. There is one indian restaurant at the property and the breakfast buffet also had couple of indian food options. The terrace offers a good sunset view and the swimming pool was quite nice too

Was a pleasant experience. Nestled up in a small hill that overlooks the sea. It's a beautiful property. Young workforce eager to help, makes it even better. Just two regrets it's a bummer that seafood restaurant is expensive and u dont get authentic thai food. Also i lost a pretty expensive gift. Property gets 10/10 especially the rooms with pools. Rest gotta be mindful

Amazing hospitality, breathtaking views, great pools with a sunset view. Jacuzzi suite was great with a terrace and complete sense of privacy. Special mention to jagdish and also luis & ranch o at the bar!

Amazing property.. Staff was super friendly… amazing view from property. Property is little far from patong beach, but they have one way shuttle services 4 time a day. Breakfast options were too good.

It was good hotel in terms of cleaned and quiet. Location is a little far from pat-on beach but i could enjoy at pool side and private time. Breakfast is great. Many options include international, thai foods and indian as well.
I had a amazing experience with this property. It is mesmerising and beautiful. They treat you very well. Despite being a giant resort property, their management is fast and good. Their food is nice and tastes well. It is a soothing property for peace lovers.
