Worst stay ever.

Radisson was not at all a branded property. The property was not maintained at all. The flow of water in the bathrooms was very less. Also breakfast was very terrible. Birds were eating the food and very poor quality food.

A nyc accommodation in the Phuket for couples and family
Very nyc staff and very nyc property. The location is also very nice. Staff behaviour is also good. Food was also very good

Decent hotel with very practical and large bhk rooms, really liked the swimming pool and vibes around this place, best for visiting with family, only missing thing was jet in the washroom, we stayed in 3 hotels during our time in phuket, all of them had jet in washroom but this property didn’t have

Very nice calm location near kamala beach, no noise at property, thai food preparation is nice but indian food need more attention in quality. Amenities are usually as radission as they give. Service to improve

Rooms were comfortable and large, loved the pool for its size and maintenance. Only negatives were its distance of nine kilometres from the Phuket town. Would love go there once again.

Very good property for relaxation. Nice pool. Good rooms. Courteous service. Far away from the city. So if you want lots of action every night, this is not the right location. But if you want a relaxed time, this is perfect.

Location is ok. Close to kamala beach but inside small alleys. Food was average. Breakfast was very basic. No option for indian breakfast or meals. We took the family room. It had a decent sized hall. And two small bedrooms - small to the extent of other than the bed even a person will not fit to walk.

Hotel need renovation, in washroom tap were leaking and in room telephone was not working and main door not locking properly.

The property is really good but the staff is very unresponsive. We had to wait to get the water issue in the room fixed for 3 hours.

It is very old property with no lift. We were given room in 3rd floor and we had to climb stairs every time. Bathroom door did not close and we had to wait for 2 hrs to get it rectified

The radisson property wasn't that great. The game facilities on the property were broken, few of the room facilities such as the bell wasn't working. The hotel staff was really rude and the food was average.

Had an excellent stay & time at raddison, certainly one of the best for families with children. The only issue was breakfast was a little disappointing since there were barely any vegetarian options. However the overall experience, staff & location are a plus. The maintenance could be better & upgrade of the existing facilities will make this even better.
