I paid for 9 days and stayed there only once.i left because the hotel is stiuated by a busy street, my room was by the road and it was extremely loud. The room was extra tiny. Toilet poorly placed in the room and very smelly. The first night, my sheets were not changed, it has stains on them. The staff were rude. And no no lobby area. I will give a detailed review on google. I wasted over $800.

christopher.partnerJun 06, 2022 i didnt like the fact that they advertised a room with a balcony and showed pictures on expedia of a balcony with chairs on it. when i checked in, all i had was a large glass door that opened with iron railing. there was no balcony or place to sit. felt it was false advertising
We had a large corner room on 4th floor only problem no reliable internet had to connect to floor 3 or 5 which wasn't satisfactory.The shower cubicle needed to be regrouted as black round the edges.
Kazim the front desk manager moved us to the 5th floor without hesitation. Breakfast excellent as where the staff. Have stayed at this hotel a few times, this is the first time have had any complaints. It is well situated for shops etc, would stay there again

Good location - pseudo old style
Comfortable and fairly quiet inspite of the busy location- provided the double glazed windows were shut. Some rooms are very small but I insisted on a room with balcony as per hotel search criteria. The one meal I ordered - allegedly hand made pasta was hard, barely warm and inedible.. Even though I pointed this out and left to eat elsewhere I was charged for it - bit unclassy...times are tough I guess.
The hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. The first room I got was a bit small but the person at the reception desk changes it without any problems. Breakfast was a full buffet bar. Location was close to Nisan Tasi. Overall had a really good experience. Will definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel is fine, located near the subway and to shopping, restaurants and cafes.
The cost of staying here is also very reasonable and includes a plain breakfast. However, the room is small.
Improvement in the management of the hotel would be beneficial, such as having consistent service, staff being able to communicate in more than one language, and friendlier service.
Great Location, Clean Hotel, I had problems with the Wifi, the change me room, but still got little signal

Nice location, tiny room, bad communication
Very mixed feelings about my stay here. FIrstly, the room was TINY - the double bed left so little space around it in the room that I couldnt lay my hand luggage suitcase on the floor to open it fully. The bathroom was nice and modern however so a plus there. The staff had communicated the breakfast time to me and given me a printed slip of paper with breakfast times, clearly stating that breakfast was served until 10:30 on the Monday, however upon going down just after 10am, the staff inform me it ended at 10. The manager provided me with a selection of food (leftovers?) NOT of my choosing after I showed him the slip of paper given to me. No drink was offerred, I had to ask. Terrible consideration and lack of proactiveness was an annoying way to finish my stay there. I cant recommend this hotel after my experience unfortunately.
Great location near Osmanbey Metro stop
This is not a luxury hotel, but very nice, clean, good service, and great location. The staff is very welcoming and bends over backwards to help. English is touch and go, otherwise no complaints. Breakfast/cafe are very nice too.
The Hotel staff for the most part were very friendly and nice. When I checked out and asked for a taxi for airport. The bellboy called his friend and he took the longest road to the airport and charged me 90 Turkish Lira when I was told the fare should be around 55 Turkish Lira. That mad me very upset at the end.
Modern, clean, western-style business hotel
I really loved the room at Hotel Le Mirage, and was also pleased with the service and breakfast. It was somewhat small but clean and intuitive in its design, and with modern features...exactly what I wanted. I would stay here again. Also it is located only 2 blocks from the Osmanbey Metro station, which was very convenient.
