    Location of the property is excellent, close to the tram station and just opposite to galataport. Staff were friendly, breakfast was also good. But, felt that the property was not worth for the price we paid, also family suites is in different building and it is not very easy specially for children to move around. Not very best option for family with kids, but recommended for location and business personal. Prices could be less.

    Awesome location bang opposite galataport. Good rooms but ac makes a weird noise all the time.

    It is located close to the Tram Station and Bus Station. Easy to visit Taksim square and Istakal street from here.

    I am from New Delhi, India. Hotel staff is very helpless. They pass racist comment to me, said we turkish are human, we dont know what you are. Service was poor, location is ok but very far from the taxi. Never book, especially if you are from Asia.

    Staff cannot speak english, for every item they need money, for electrical plug they charged 10-20 lira, no friendly staff, bathroom floor broken, old style carpet, after 5th day I found women hairs on my floor, but we are only man who leaving, many better option available near by.
