    The hotel is near taksim square and perfect for easy access to metro as well as taksim. Overall value for money.

    Breakfast was not served on time and no cleaning service

    It is quite surprising that hotel do not start serving the breakfast until 8:30 AM. However, during check-in I was told that breakfast starts at 7 AM but in reality they don't. If your tour pick up starts at 8.30, I wouldn't recommend reserving the breakfast well in advance as they do not even refund when complained. When I asked the receptionist, he told since I paid already for breakfast they can not refund which is a ridiculous reason. Out of three days stay, I could only use breakfast service for once and the variety of options aren't great either. There was no eggs or omelets and hardly any option. Moreover, they did not bother to clean the room during my three days stay. The only plus point about this hotel is location, rest all I wouldn't recommend.
