Location was very good walking distance to blue mosque, sophia hagia mosque, grand bazaar and restaurants near by.

Came for birthday. They did not even offer upgrade without charging. No requests were considered. Asked for mattress change. Everyday they said yes and did not. No flexibility for anything a single duvet was fitter inside the double bed duvet. Towels thin and poor quality. Shower water would not drain in 2nd room. Just nothing special about this at all except location!

Highly congested place

Try to avoid to book this hotel, photo is locerative but nothing special, staffs are not very cooperative, room offered in minus level, less breakfast options for vegeratians, very small room without cupboard.

Hotel is in conjugated lane of Hotel and restaurants. Rooms are small. Located close to all City tour able places. Break fast was very good.

Very bad service they give very small room people is not going operate at reception if I asked them they told me to call to MakeMyTrip customer service because you are not booking directly to us. Very very bad experience I think I never book Hotel.

Great location, poor service

Whereas the location is the best according to me, but the hotel staff, receptionist are just too careless. Our check-in time was 2 PM. We reached at 12. The receptionist said that the room is already in use and they will be able to allot us only at 2 PM. Alright. So, we left for lunch outside and when we returned at 4 PM, even then the rooms were not ready and we had to wait at the lobby for more 30-40 minutes and to our shock, even after this huge delay, the rooms were dirty, there was a dead cockroach lying on the floor, the kettle was dirty and stinky, the tea cup was broken and whenever we call the housekeeping for some water bottles or plates, cutlery, towels. The service was so so slow and we had to wait for at least 15 minutes and had to go on making calls to the housekeeping, reception for the same stuff again.
