I asked them for pickup from airport and at the last moment they gave up and i had to hire a local person

The place is nice
but there was no tissue box in the room
no coffee
no toothbrush kits
no cleaning kits
staying there was fine but the room wasn’t ready or maybe they are being cheap

Breakfast was badly managed. They didnt have the capacity to handle it. People were left standing with plates full but no place to sit for over 20 mins. Huge lines at the live egg counter. Staff and management running frantically to replenish drinks and food, especially the orange juice and coffee machine. When they know how many guests are expected as per bookings, they need to provide enough space and seatings and staff. No one likes to wait for 20 mins for a seat while their food gets cold.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel has everything that you need for a staycation. Their staff was really nice, especially arjun singh in the breakfast buffet restaurant who really took great care of us.
