Very bad condition of room. No coordination by staff regarding room facility and luggage droping and picking up services and no hygiene at the room.

I had very very very bad experience, a lot of bugs, toilet damage, bed is dirty i could not stay till morning i left at 5-6am not really good experience that’s terrible

1. On check-in the room floor was full of water. 2. Bathroom door without latch/lock, they made me to use it with fully open door. 3. They didn't not allowed to change the room, and started repairing work while i went sleeping using hammer, drilling etc. 4. At last i decided earlier check-out, and i gave reasons why i am doing this then started giving me offers which i denied to go with it. Conclusion: vary poor service and worst room quality.

Location is good but service is poor the room is smelly. Telephone is dead. Room for two adults but only one towel in the bathroom. There’s a kettle with tea coffee and sugar but no cups even disposable.

Unpleasant stay, why ? due to crowded situation they changed the required booked room to another place which was smelly only one towel for two adults, a kettle without cups, dead telephone. R receptionist informed evening time promised to fix but until morning no action.

I have made the booking around 11 pm for same night. Rooms was shown available so i booked using the makemytrip trip app. However, when i went to the hotel they told we don’t have room available. I don’t know how come this happen. Then, they told we have one room but you have to see as we are not opening it. The room was terrible, smelly and dirty. Then i was showing very dissatisfaction especially that i had my kids with me. After 2 hours they were able to prepare a room which is still not good but i had no ther choice. This a big issue with your app noting that reservation should not be successful if no room is available. Noting that i am loyal customer to this application.

This was an unforgettable experience. So wonderful that i will never come here again nor recommend to any one. Beauty of the stay was no body wash, no shaving kit, asked to provide one plate and spoon but not responded. Initially television was not working and it took more than 3 hours to get it rectified, even glasses were not there with same size and shape. For each and every thing i need to rush to reception to convey my massage as i mentioned that telephone was out of order. Hotel staff provided me a what’s app number and asked me to send massage if any thing required but not even a single massage was responded by them.

I was looking forward to stay at the hotel as i had made the payment and booked my room, at the property, i was told that the hotel is fully booked and availability was shown due to the portal of makemytrip not being updated. Hence i was left alone at night only to be left hanging by makemytrip customer care, promising to resolve the issue. But failed to do so after 2 hours which resulted in ending up with no options. Promised compensation was not provided until now. So please make sure with the property about the availability before booking, and i would recommend not to use this application for booking hotels.
