First, the check-in process was very simple and fast as well. The reception person was very polite and friendly. Then coming to the main aspect is the room. First thing I notice in every dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai I stay in is bathroom and then the bed. The bathroom is very clean and colorful. An the best is neatly arranged and the bed sheets are very clean. In short the whole room was neat and clean. They provide you unlimited WiFi access which is quite common these days and also TV with bose speakers. The room service was very good. The cupboards are spacious. The only thing I missed and wish it would be there in is the microwave oven. The dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai doesn't provide you a microwave oven. I'm a bit disappointed with that. It would be nice to see if they start providing that as well. But other that it was a wonderful stay for me. The icing on the location of the dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is awesome. Finally the icing on the cake is that the location of the dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai. It is just beside the internet city metro station. We can get into the metro and travel for half an hour in metro and reach the dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai. It's very easy and very comfortable. So this took my stay to a different level altogether.

Mohmuod at reception went beyond to welcome us, i want to thank all the staff of the dusit d2 kenz dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai who made the experience incredible. Especially want to recognize penthaya, asif & mizan from housekeeping. Big thanks to penthaya he was really professional and kind. He made our stay very special. Thanks for such fast and excellent service from in room dining. Food was very delicious. Room was very clean. Highly recommendable to consider this dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai. We hope to be back soon.

The Hotel and its services are awesome. The staff is very cordial and helpful and they guided us all the time very patiently. Stayed at this Dusit property for 2 nights. Had a very comfortable stay. The dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is also located near to a metro station which helps with the commute. Would recommend this to anyone travelling to Dubai.

The dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is nicely located close to Dubai metro (walking distance), clean, personnel is friendly. We ate in the Thai restaurant and the food was very nice. Great value for money.

It is just near the Dubai Internet city Metro Station 2. Food and laundry is too costly but I ordered from Zomato for food. Daily tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toiletries are provided daily.

I stay in dusitd2kenz for several times, its same all the time. Everything perfect. I highly recommends this dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai if someone staying in that area.

Dinner buffet wasn't up to dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai standards. On reporting this to their reservation team, they arranged 3 course dinner meal which was really good.

This stay was a further extension of my previous booking. The Hotel staff continues to ensure that my stay is comfortable. The food has been good all along.

Good reception, good room but small, no panio in the bathroom, room is very very clean, they give unlimited supplies from water tea coffee, also good view
