Staff are accomodating, the concierge guy name philip is like my tour guide, explained everything inside the room and he even offer me to go with him to check the amenities area but i declined because im tired and just want to take a nap. I asked him a bathrob, but no one came for it. At the pool area, the guy who works there is very approachable and helpful, and decent. The place is nice. I enjoyed the jacuzzi so much. I will still go back for sure to try the sauna bath and gym.

The stay was very smooth and amazing. The receptionist gave an upgrade to deluxe room at the same price and all their staff are just amazing. I would like to specially thank mr. Asif, the room service guy, he was so humble and went extra mile when asked for a charger as i lost mine at the airport. Big thanks to you mr. Asif, you saved that evening. I will definitely look forward to re-book this Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates and also, advice my family and friends for it.

Hotel was nice and stay was comfortable. Room was big in size, with proper amenities. Staff was very nice and well behaved. Hotel location is also good with "Mall of Emirates” nearby (1 Km from Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates). Hotel also provides shuttle service to beach and Mall. Hotel also has some nearby Indian cuisines. Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options and taste was also not appropriate. Overall, stay was good.

Was a best experience in this Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates let me start saying thanks to mr. Mohammed at the reception who accept my request and upgrade my room free of charge. Breakfast was super fantastic service guy mr. Manoj was best guy always smiling and greet with very warn way. Chef pappu jose make a fantastic omlate for us. Over all experience for fantastic and they best part i forget to mention it's smart tv

It was good experience staying at the property, staff was courteous and helpful, room size was decent, cleanliness and hygiene were upto the mark, service was also good, only concern was that the lighting in the room was low. Found public transportation difficult here as the metro and bus station were 20mins walk from Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates, that was too much when walking in the heat.

Hotel is good and staff is friendly, you can order food from outside, it's quite near to mall of Emirates 5 mins drive. Nope bank bus station is quite nearby grocery shop is also at walking distance, only one issue is that I couldn't find Indian restaurant nearby, Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates rooms are big and has necessary facilities as stated on the app.

We had a great time staying in grandeur Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates. Pros - 1. Location - just behind mall of emirates - 10 min walk. 2. Room size. Larger then average room size. 3. Super clean -neat. 4. Good staff - friendly and helpful cons - not really a negative point. Just if they can add a few more indian options in breakfast. Whilst it was superb

Me and my partner was so amazed to grandeur Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates all facilities, from receptionist, their room was so clean. Staff also. Are attended to the request of the guest. It was nice stay and staff behavior was good. Girl at the reception was from Chandigarh and was very helpful I couldn't remember the name. Philip showed very nice behavior and was helpful. Breakfast variety could be improved. Every staff there was very helpful except the bar and the breakfast manager who was very rude.

Grandure Hotel in Al Barsha, Dubai, exceeded expectations! The proximity to Mall of the Emirates is convenient, and the ambiance is top-notch. The Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates location is really good, and also the accessibility is great. The room is clean and quiet and room service is excellent. In general it was good experience and especially the reception staff are really helpful. Highly recommended

Staff is helpful. There is live music also in evening. They arrange for desert safari and other tourist places. Rooms and gallery were with dim lights, which i personally don't prefer. Rest it was a pleasant stay. Special mention to phillip, he was very helpful )

4 night/5 day stay in Grandeur 100% satisfactory, comfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located near JLT towers. Clean and courteous staff. Breakfast should have some indian dishes. Otherwise it was all good.

We stayed for seven nights and though initially there was a slight problem at check-in it was quickly resolved. The rest of our stay was very pleasant. The room service, house keeping and reception staff were all excellent. Highly recommend.

Would advice the Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates to get a better Indian chef to cook Indian dishes. The restaurant is suppose to be a indian one but the dishes are atrocious. Sambar, chutney, uttapam poori all really badly done.

The rooms were very good , Grandeur Hotel Near Mall of Emirates staff was also very supportive. The food in Indian restaurant was amazing . Only options in breakfast were very limited , they can improve on breakfast menu

Had a Naaice stay at the Hotel. Bath is awesome and cozy. Pool and gym are also great for relaxing. Indians restaurants Around too

Very nice and good, except he water heater

Hotel is worth the money. Facilities like jacuzzi are provided complimentary. Food is good and specially suited for Indians. Rooms are big and clean however need some improvement in illumination.

Staff also with good behavior and good property maintain
