Great lobby. Wonderful reception staff. Brand new Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai. Very well maintained by housekeeping. Rooms are very spacious with a high ceiling. Well ventilated and illuminated with natural day light. Washrooms are very spacious and unremarkable. The Bluetooth speaker connectivity is so very helpful to play our own music. Corridors are spacious for the kids to run. The only thing disturbing was the Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai policy to collect extra amount for any food delivery every time we got food from outside which I feel should have been exempted.

We are a group of 10 people and booked 3 standard rooms. We got a free upgrade to all 3 premium rooms. Check in process was very smooth and fast. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Premium rooms were very big and pristine. Room service was very good and quick as well. Breakfast spread was good but food wasn’t that tasty. Location is perfect as it is walkable to 2 metro stations. Nicely located in a safe and peaceful residential area. We all loved our stay in grayton!

Nice Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai, very cooperative and humble staff and front desk, Mr Wasim always with a smile, good quality maintained, Air condition was a bit problem I could not sleep due to rise in temperature in middle of night, I had to call the reception and get it fixed, rest all super… great location for Indians. All Indian restaurants and shopping malls within walkable distance

Loved the Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai room . There were small clicking noise every hour from the ceiling or from the lights .. don't know what that was . also there should be more water bottles provided in the mini fridge as it was like 38° outside. Staff and the other employees were nice . Overall had a good stay and will definitely recommend.

The rooms were so spacious, the good was very good, it was value for money. I would highly recommend this Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai. It is in one of the central location in dubai and this all the places are nearby only like dubai frame, dubai mall, meena bazar, jumeira beach, etc. I came here with my family and everyone was extremely happy.

Good stay. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Nancy, from the restaurant, was very helpful. Restaurant had limited options for indian food for breakfast, and sometimes it took multiple follow ups to get the order delivered. Very long wait time. The amenities at the Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai were all upto the mark, very hygienic friendly staff always willing to help, excellent customer service. Bathrooms were very clean. Children enjoyed the swimming pool facilities. It is in prime location of the city so metro, mall, supermarket were all in close proximity

Been to dubai many times, always prefer to stay in that area. Surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets. Burjuman mall and burjuman metro station at walkable distance. It's a newly opened Grayton Hotel by Blazon Hotels Bur Dubai, great staff, service, and even the breakfast is awesome. It's great stay for family and business.

Service is good special room service cleanup and room is big and everything is proper and good maintain and I have bad experience about dental kit they don’t provide us and said you just bring out from the shop we don't have it we are out of stock this was happened two time.

Everything was fine but only man that was sitting on travel desk have not knowledge about any sightseeing. I had booked two sightseeing but there was difference in word and deed. When i returned and complained to him, he said, i do not know, i have come here new.

You can never imagine how nice people can be i had best of best experience no complaints only love for the staff you guys know how to welcome guest and you are the perfect team from behaviour to helping 5 out of 5 i really consider everyone

Took superior rooms. Rooms are excellent - clean and neat. Good english breakfast. Overall a nice stay.

Hardly 1km from burjman and adcb metro station, all indian food outlets are just a walk away. Loved the room and facilities, breakfast was good!
