Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

We would like to share a problem we faced while staying at Hyatt regency. We check in at 15 December, At time of Check in the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights staff told us that they have not received any payment from Make My Trip so we have to block my credit card until payment is received by Make My Trip. I told them that we already have made payment to Make My Trip, they told us that the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights will approach Make My Trip for payment. On the day of check out 20 December at check out procedure they told us that the payment to them is not made by Make My Trip, it was 2pm and we were having flight at 6pm. I told them they should have told us early about this as we were thinking it was solved in 5 days. The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights staff show any interest in replying. On continuies calling to Make My Trip the problem not solved for over 1 and half hour. Finally I decided to make payment from my side as it was getting late to catch flight. At that time The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights staff told us that they will again block my card for payment in case the not receive payment from Make My Trip in 2hr. So I made the payment and left for the airport. I am writing this story so that in future others will be helpful in facing this situation. There was a huge discomfort faced by us due to Hyatt regency staff and Make My Trip. I am very disappointed with Make My Trip and decided I won't be making any future bookings from Make My Trip

I had booked 2 rooms for 5 nights, all was well until last evening that one of my rooms' key card was not working, went to reception and asked to replace the card. Was told to pay my Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights bill, which the receptionist quoted with wrong amount, after I corrected her and agreed to come back and settle the bill ( as I had left my wallet in my other room), I was given a new card. After a while the card was again not working. Apparently, I was issued one time use card so that I can come back to reception to pay!!! I went down to reception again and was very furious upon being treated in such a way which seemed like I will run away in the morning without settling my bill. I spoke with Manager on Duty, Mr Haroon ( may be spelled wrongly) who apologized etc. Why the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights did not ask me for a credit card guarantee while checking-in? Like done everywhere else in the world... Why I was given one time use card for my room?? Is this the way Hyatt Regency treats their guests??? They should have been open and have communicated properly. Sorry to say this experience ruined my stay in this property and I would be very cautious in future, to be in any Hyatt Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

Nice property and easily accessible from airport. Amenities provided viz-a-viz price paid are top class. Standard rooms are cozy, neat and tidy. My room was at 21st floor and provided a nice view. There is a separate lift from lobby to take you to the club at 32nd level and offers mesmerizing views of city skyline. One can watch most of iconic tall structures from here while enjoying a drink or a bite. Metro station is just a five minute walk from the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Hotel also provides shuttle services to places near by but at designated times and the last shuttle is at 6 pm. Another easier mode of travel to move around is to hire a cab. Take a cab anytime using Uber or Careem. Overall it remained a pleasant stay at this Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights barring an initial hick up of room key not operational and had to be replaced. Would definitely recommend this Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Book in advance to avail attractive prices.

I recently stayed at the hyatt regency with my family for 4 nights. We had a wonderful experience! the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to "kangana" for her hospitality. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The views from the windows were amazing, and we could see the city skyline. The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights was located in a great location, close to all the major attractions. We ate at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights restaurant a few times, and the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was really amazing covering all the continental dishes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at hyatt. We would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had an early check in. So the earliest check in is 8am, depending on availability. Our room was upgraded to a suite, and needless to say, the suite was amazing. The breakfast was great. It's about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, thus making it close to the metro station (dubai health-care city metro station, green line) as well. We checked out late as well, which was at 3pm (depending on availability) after which we kept our luggage in the luggage room as our flight was very late. We roamed around the city, not having to carry our luggage with us, as we had kept it in the luggage room of the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights after checking out of our room. There is a grocery store, starbucks, subway at a 3 minute walking distance. This Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is highly recommended.

Hyatt regency dubai creak heights is a great stay option. Staff, hospitality, amenities, location all are top notch. In google map, metro station shows 1 km away but in actual condition metro is 500 meter away only. (short cut way - by crossing the just opposite building) i want to specially mention a reception staff mr. Ilia, (tall russian guy) he is a great guy. He tries everything possible to address our any concern. Real gem of hyatt Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. I wish him all the best. Sending him love from india. All other staff including 21st floor room service boy (from nepal) and ms sunita (india) were excellent hosts.

Had a pleasant experience staying at hyatt regency creek heights. Location is good with bur dubai and karama nearby. Rooms were large and spacious. Provided a free rollover extra bed. Views from room were stunning with dubai frame and burj khalifa visible from room. Swimming pool decent with hot tub. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast spread could have more options. Taste was a bit bland. Wifi was not working for first night. A bit pricey for the facilities available. Staff were helpful and professional

The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is located close to the deira district and also close to the airport. It costs approx AED 20-30 from DXB International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Breakfast is great, although the live counters change cuisines every day. A separate fee of AED 20 city tax per night was charged by the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights upon arrival, this is not mentioned in anywhere. Overall for 4K per night this is the best you can get in Dubai for a property.

Truly a 5 star Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights with amazing facilities and staff. Special mention of people in the restaurant sufra, keep up the good work. The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is close-by to a lot of tourists attractions and the view from the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is amazing. Breakfast is superb, just that over the days a lot of items were repeated which needs to change. There were dishes from various cuisines including india. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The stay was really great. 1. Reception: got an early checkin, sourav was there helped us really well. 2. Room: 5/5, the comfort level was great in the room, the washrooms, the beds and all other associated things were just great. 3. Food: we booked the breakfast, and let me tell you the quality of the food was so good, along with the hospitality offered by the staff. I will suggest you should go ahead and book this stay, without thinking twice, you won’t regret it, for sure

The property is nearby airport around 20 mins. The check-in was very smooth, we even got a early checkin without paying anything extra. Hotel's reception area is beautiful. The breakfast was good - there were some indian food options especially veg in their buffet. The room service was also prompt. All the staff was very caring and supportive of their guests. You can even get local taxis at the gate of the reception so no need to worry about booking cabs online.

We had a lovely stay of 7 days n 6 nights in Hyatt Regency Dubai. All the staff is very nice n warm. They serve with smile. Chefs are also very good. Special mention for Chef Sagar n Chetan who took care of our special Indian food request also Special Thanks to staff - Mr Nazrul , Mr Ritesh, Mr Mahindra, Mr Satish , Mr Nar Singh, Ms Dana, Ms Algeria, Mr Myron On Reception Special Thanks to Ms Aiperi for giving us the best room n assisting us with a smile😊.

The Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is very beautiful, the staff is very polite and listen to your problems. They give you a complete luxury experience and its amazing. In breakfast you get a lot of variety and the staff in restaurant is also great, they are very active and serves food with smile every time. I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

I loved the stay. Room was spacious with a good and clean towels. My family used the spa and were all praise for it. Used the gym and had a good time there too. Breakfast was fantastic with Indian dishes in plenty. View from my room was wonderful.

The rooms are so big and moreover those rooms are deluxe I confused when I entered I called the reception and they said sir we have the big rooms only in deluxe category also so we have Given to you and the most best dialogue from them "WELCOME TO DUBAI" enjoy the trip. The property is so good. Will recommend to all of you. Thank you makemytrip for the cheap rate you have provided me that time.

Location & property is worth, only need better management in Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. Have nice rooms with excellent view which feels you better. Only reception management has to be pleasing in nature & to improve some food items at breakfast buffet with hard working staff.

4 nights stay at the hyatt was nothing short of brilliant. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a great view of the crook. The service is excellent and the rooftop bar (eve) at the 34th floor is great!

It was just amazing experience. Stayed here for 5 nights. My room was upgraded from regency room to suite room, nothing better than this could happen. Breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose. Service is quick and all are very professional. Pool and kids zone is also enjoyable.
