The overall experience was good except the check in. I frequently visit to this ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel because of the good amenities and high cleaning standard, but each time i have a terrible experience at the check in counter. There's always a huge queue at the check in and they only keep 1 staff to attend all guests. At-least they should prioritise the guests who have pre-bookings. This time, tye check in experience sas frustrating. The receptionist was always coming up with silly excuses saying that she can't find the booking details and the room is not ready, the water is not refilled etc. Though i reached ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel at 3 pm, it took us 1 hour at the check in which is such a waste of time.

Location is very close to the airport. Hotel provides free transport but sguttle timings are fixed. Rooms are very compact and ideal for couples or just two people. Reception staff was helpful as we had asked them to clean the room twice. Our room was reeking of smoke so check before if non smoking rooms are available. There are 50 rooms on each floor so distance from lifts to the room can be quite far. Not suitable for long stay but definitely recommend for a short term stay if airport accessibility is the main concern.

It's the first time visiting dubai. The ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel is very near to the metro station and one can use the metro to reach from the airport. The rooms where clean and spacious and had a great ambiance. I arrived at midnight and the check in was time consuming. There was only one staff at the counter and was talking with another customer. Had to wait 10-15mins before another counter opened up. Overall a good stay.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and can say its one of the best options if you are looking for mid range ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotels. Its well connected. Bus stop, metro, airport are all within 1 km radius. The food is also quite up there in terms of quality and i loved the breakfast spread every morning. Rooms are clean, maintained and have all the basic amenities. All in all a great stay.

It had been a great experience with the staff from reception to fnb associates everyone had been hospitable and welcoming. I would like to thank each and every staff for making my daughter’s day extra special with delicious complimentary cake. Would be definitely visiting again. However it would have been a pleasurable experience if the pool timings could be extended.

Every things are fine but after booking i wish to contact property but makemy trip doesn’t provide any whatsapp contact as u was in other place from that i can’t call on mobile and make my trip doesn’t response my mail. As i have to change my check in time it’s not easy with make my trip if we can call direct property then what meaning to go with make my trip?

Room was very good and there is large pool inside the ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel and on the top also service of this ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel is amazing also it is near to the airport so if someone is new in Dubai can choose this ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel because it fit in budget and metro is just behind the ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel.

I had booked for 1 month stay here, housekeeping team jane and beam is very attentive and friendly. They were checking with me for the items i require when i didn't need housekeeping services. Always with a big smile on their face. Thank you very much jane and bam. Keep up the good work. I hope the management will recognized their excellent work.

According to the price the amenities were fine but not the bestest. The tv wasn’t working, the jet spray was getting stuck on the on mode and won’t turn on. The shower system was okayish since the shower wasn’t working in mid level temperature, it was either too cold or too hot. The food was good but i ate the same food for rest of my staying.

Was as usual nice staff and warm welcome the room very clean and quite as well the location of the ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel which make all your planned trips easy where you can access all the directions in dubai very easy and it’s very near from dubai festival city mall mirdif city center and deira city center malls

It was a great stay for us as it is very near the airport and dubai metro. The reception is accommodating. The room service is polite. The breakfast is great. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Value for money, and neat and clean. Positive includes no plastic use. But needs some maintenance like the bathroom door lock was not working. Tv had its own issues

Kettle not cleaned & poor condition. Toilet wash room drainage system very bad. It was stuck and took long time to dry.

The receptionist k haled was very polite and helpful but there is no variety in breakfast, the best thing about the place is the swimming pool.
