Marco Polo Hotel

It's a good Marco Polo Hotel located at deira. I stayed for 5n and 6d. I opted for non smoking room at 4 th floor. We were a couple + a kid and they upgraded to the room with one extra bed which is good. I had a pleasant stay at the Marco Polo Hotel. Pros - room size is ok, we were 3 so it's fine. Ac is gud and working. Bed size is good. Housekeeping staff is good. It has good swimming pool. It offers good breakfast which had a mix of continental and indian dishes. Hotel location is good many nearby shopping supermarkets to my general need. Their is a sarvana bhawan on 800m walk for indian food. Cons - front desk person need to be more attentive. I was told that i will be shifted to king size bed room but they couldn't make it on time. They should listen to the preference of solo booking customers too rather putting all attention to group booking customers. Though i was at 4 th floor still till 3 am daily you keep getting loud music. Illumination in room could be improved and should add more lights. Rooms interiors are a bit aged.

**Google Review:** This is my honest review. As a traveler exploring the best resorts in the world, I selected this resort because of the beach view. Everything is amazing—the room, amenities, beach view, evening ambiance, and food. However, we had a very bad experience with the staff at the beachside and dining area. There is a clear discrimination between Indians and foreigners. The staff is very polite and attentive to foreigners, but they ignore Indians. The beachside staff, particularly a guy who I think is from Pakistan, focused on making the foreigners happy while treating us poorly. During breakfast, the staff member welcoming guests just told us to sit anywhere, while arranging the best tables and offering personalized attention to other guests. Overall, the staff behavior needs to change. Everything else was excellent. You can select this Marco Polo Hotel for its great features, but be aware of the staff treatment.

Everything is absolutely fine room facilities & service but only front desk 1 male person not good because i already paid for my booking & city tax but all time here asked me please pay your due amount & overcharging amount he not checked my paid details he treated like i'm as a stranger & poor man very disappointed. Otherwise everything is only front desk person not good & his behaviour. Also he overcharged for 1 day extra i recommend to go dubai but not go to mar-co polo Marco Polo Hotel due to front desk thanks.

I was very satisfied when i went to the Marco Polo Hotel and the hospitality of the Marco Polo Hotel is very good and the cleanliness there is also very good and the receptionist there is also very polite and she does everything possible for every service. Time is always good. I am very happy to have booked this mar-co polo Marco Polo Hotel through makemytrip and in future also i will book mar-co polo Marco Polo Hotel or whatever else is suggested to me using makemytrip.

The Marco Polo Hotel is old but well maintained. The staff are nice and friendly. The location of the Marco Polo Hotel is not suitable because it is next to the airport and the neighborhood is crowded. Breakfast is good but can be improved by adding some arabic dishes. The house keeper named mansur is a very nice and hardworking person. Mansur always cleans the room and provides everything needed as well as he is so polite and helpful. Overall good stay.

Good location, clean basic rooms, a bit small. Walking distance to metro and lulu. Several restaurants are in walking distance. Hotel looks imposing from outside lobby level washrooms extremely well maintained and ultra modern, has toilet paper, rare in such category have been patronising Marco Polo Hotel since 1994

This is an old 4 star Marco Polo Hotel. Nowadays i would consider it as a 2 or 3 star Marco Polo Hotel. But only because it's old, doesn't mean its bad. To highlight is the service. The staff is super friendly, helphul and get extra wishes done. Thanks a lot for the people working here

The Marco Polo Hotel location is very good. The nearest metro station is salai al din 5 mins walk. Room was spacious with all facilities. Staff were very polite. Shazia, zara, sooraj, waseem bhai and everyone s very helpful. Early checkin was allowed for that big thank you.

The Marco Polo Hotel was comfortable and clean and 10 min walk to metro. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. The room service staff mu-hammed arif was very supportive, pleasant and helpful. Overall a satisfactory experience

Overall stay was good and property was nice as well. The room service technical support team is little slow. I asked them to bring tissues for 2 times but they didn't send me also i told them them my curtains are not working still no help from their side.

I liked how polite the hk team are. We liked the room. It was comfortable. If you are a person who only wants to stay in the room, this is the right place for you. Just make sure not to select a smoking room. Also enjoyed the kitakits (filipino bar)

It was excellent and we booked through make my trip ! we are happy with property. All the room interiors was so nice and dim light combination giving mind relaxed ! one extra sob-ha in room is giving more sitting comfort ! over all it was so nice

Hotel was excellent stay was fabulous. Staff behaviour was superb. Very helpful and polite staff. Wifi was awesome. Facilities was top level

All service and evening support are best. The ambiance rooms and all others are best. Room is very clean.

Found location on mmt, good service & amenities. Good location. Only problem is some odd smell in the lobby.
