Overall experience of the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza was average the management has been changed and the current management is not that great to be honest the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza rooms and the view for which I had paid that is Sheikh Zayed road view room was good. The rooms, furniture, beds sofa everything feels old definitely doesn't feel a 5 Star Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza. The washroom didn't have proper toiletries like brush etc i had to call them and ask to provide that. The breakfast was fine it starts at 6 and is till 10 it's better if you don't go there at 9:30 because you won't get proper stuff to eat. The experience was a little above Average.

The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza is located at a very convenient location with taxi services right at the doorstep and metro station at a walking distance. Hotel staff and management were good. Breakfast buffet spread was really nice with a plethora of options including continental and indian cuisine. Most importantly, the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza is located opposite to the museum of the future so one could enjoy that view from either the room, cafe or the swimming pool. Overall a very nice and pleasant stay.

I recently stayed here for 2 days and had a good experience overall. The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza was clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and courteous, always willing to help with a smile. However, there is room for improvement in the food department. While the meals were decent, the quality and variety could be enhanced. Additionally, the organization around food service could be better managed to ensure a smoother experience for guests.

We had a wonderful stay in the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza. We stayed for 5 nights. The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza is located in downtown area right opposite museum of future. It is also close to the nearby emirates towers metro station. The rooms were neat and clean and very well maintained. Would surely recommend to everyone who wants to stay near city centre.

Impressive location, lovely lobby ambience , handled well by the staff even though it's very crowded in elevators most of the time . Was bit concerned of social distancing because it wasn't practical to stay avoiding crowd ,undestandly eagar to reach rooms . Wash rooms are very old , even though it's working, flush was really hard. Anyway I love the property and look forward to stay again sometime soon .

The location of the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza is of course very good, right at the beginning of Shaik Zayed road and therefore accessibility is very good. The rooms were spacious and neat. The breakfast was also of very good quality and variety.

The location is great as it's on sheikh zayed road. Very centralised and close to downtown. The service is great though you might expect a bit of a wait time checking in as it's a very popular property. Rooms are good but power outlets are not available near the bedside which is very inconvenient. They have a very good breakfast spread. Start after extremely helpful.

The location was mesmerizing as it gave a perfect view of the building of museum of the future. Metro connectivity was superb and Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza staff were very hospitable. They went extra mile by offering us complimentary extra bedding since we were staying with our child. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We stayed at Crown Plaza Dubai for 3 nights. It us conveniently located on Sheikh Zared Road at 7-8 m walk from the metro station. Breakfast was quite generous with Indian vegetarian options. Room size is modest but has all basic amenities. I would recommend it to families with children. Special thanks to the staff for the caring service.

Well located on SZR, close to metro with eating options nearby, good breakfast buffet, nice big rooms, got a good deal on makemytrip, nice big Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza - bit dated maybe and small unappealing pool otherwise recommended. Lots of restaurants and night clubs too if that's your thing.

We are very happy to stay there. Location, food & room very good. Staff also co-oprative. For family or solo traveller can enjoy this property.

Super value for money Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza with an unbeatable location and fantastic views of the city. Close to the Metro Station makes it easily accessible from all parts of Dubai. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was also good.

Good location but old Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza. Now you have many more choices in the budget. But overall hassle free stay.

It was pleasure to stay at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Best venue and had a great experience while staying at Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel Crowne Plaza. Amazing staff and very nice courtesy by staff, once again with various food option and lovely breakfast. Overall Crown plaza in DXB is simply Amazing.

The Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza is right in front of the museum of the future. Beautiful view. Perfect location. Burj khalifa is just a few kilometres away. The buffet spread was amazing and the food was tasty. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I am a regular guest here. However this time some renovation work has stated in front of Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza property. Causing a little bit of difficulty. But manageable.

I have stayed in this Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza for the 3rd time, location us really nice and would recommend to friends as well, next time whenever will go to Dubai gonna stay in crown plaza only. Lot of good places to visit nearby as well.

Hotel is located just 500 metres from two metro station and on main highway. Mcdonald’s, time hortons and eating joints are just below the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel - Earlier Crowne Plaza. Good food and great service only challenge was wi-fi was not good in the room. Rest no issues.

Everything is of high standards. Electric sockets is the only major concern for indian system where charging of phone becomes complicated

But bathroom is too small. Overall a pleasant stay.
