This Regent Palace Hotel - Bur Dubai easily scores a 9/10 for location. However, it definitely needs fresh investments in a few things, not just a better lobby. Rooms have deteriorated over time, although they are being maintained to the best extent possible. Food is excellent, especially if you are indian or if you like indian food. Service is pleasant & friendly most of the time, particularly at breakfast from ijaz & parvez. Housekeeping from maryata was very good too. One person / incident marred & spoil t my stay a little bit (front desk: short, plumpish, male staffer with a very heavy south indian accent, who was rude, argumentative and obstinate, all traits which are a big negative in the front office. Mr girish needs to be made aware of such delinquent team members. Overall, a good stay with good food.

It was very good stay at regent palace. Location was one the best choice for me. Room was spacious, interior was very good, bed was comfortable & neat & clean. Room amenities were placed well. The best thing for me was that my favorite sports chanel was their to watch ipl matches. Breakfast was good & delivered to my room. Served very well. Hotel staff was very good, humble & supportive. Overall i was very much satisfied with the services offered by the Regent Palace Hotel - Bur Dubai. Thanks to the management mr. Raj shetty

It was a good stay at regent palace. Very near to burjuman metro station and opposite burjuman mall. Traveling to other places in dubai is easy. Room was comfortable, but the a/c control was not working. It was too cold, but considering dubai weather reaching 50degrees, it was kinda of adjustable. The property is a bit old looking and the rooms need a little bit of renovation, but no complaints as the room provided to me was good. Good for short stays.
