The most horrific property you can ever book is this. Zero housekeeping sense the ac doesnt work at all the balcony doors dont open up even when youve booked a suite room. The staff is so rude. Overall a 0/10. I wouldve given a minus also if there was an option. Also good luck getting a decent sleep on those beds.

Location was good, 10mins from dubai mall and airport rooms were spacious but they can improve on the room finishing as the floor and walls were not looking perfect room service can also be improved but overall experience was good

Amazing stay!unable to give pool side view even i already requested upon checked in but they didnt get back even after i followed up from fd since i’ll be staying for 3 nights, but overall it was nice and comfortable room to stay.

I traveled international for the first time & Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. As a woman travelling alone this place was quite safe to stay. My initial booking was for 2 nights but I extended for another night. My room was spotless. I was lucky to have a beautiful view of the skyline. The sunsets were to die for.

The hotel is nice and so is the location. The service is very slow. The reception does not answer calls, the rooms on the third floor are not clean and when requested they are not cleaned well.

My room featured contemporary décor with a touch of Arabic elegance, which I found quite charming. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. They checked me at 5pm then the valet was rude then the front desk was rude i stayed 8 nights the room was not cleaned and the sheets smelled and their was a stain and when i informed the front desk he was rude and told me to go back to my room and the cleaners will come and when the cleaner came he was raising his voice and claimed we are messy and that was not true and if it was what does having messy guests do anything with stained messy mattress and sheets and hair on the sheets from day one. It’s a shame to have a hotel like this in dubai i complained and no management called back to apologise or do anything about it. It is a horrible place to stay i would not suggest this hotel to anyone

No market surround the location. Everything is faraway from location. Have to too much texi fare. Lots of construction noises.

The room was not clean also it smells cigarette, it also was ready for 1 person only also no towels, no toothbrush, not clean, there was two beds as i confirmed that i need 1 king size bed not two

The room was wonderful and cery spqcious with a lovely view of the city. I wish there was a kids play room for my kid but he had fun in the room - all in all a great place for a family staycation
