the location of carlton hotel is good, you can see burj khalifa 😀the rooms are spacious and vell lit. we had taken two twin bed rooms. stay was good with tv, bath tub and city view. however, there is no arrangement for refilling drinking water, they provide 1l water per day. extra bottle cost 10 dirhams which is costly. (4stars for that reason). room cleaning was not done daily for one room, for the other room it was done everyday.

Please don't book it, rooms are cozy staff is too lazy to respond, they charge too much for everything, even water and plates to eat, so book only if you are rich

It was a terrible experience this time when i stayed at cartlon tower hotel. Ac in the room is not working, i have to shift multiple rooms in order to find the nice room with ac on, reception has no idea which rooms are in working condition.

Ac not working in the room and finally after four days of living in a poor grade room we got shifted to another room, literally on our last day in dubai. Also overall service levels are quite bad, the hotel staff takes too long to provide even the basic services. Breakfast spread is very poor, dubai being an international business hub, we expect at-least some vegetarian options in food. The hotel has a poor restaurant and overall very unhappy with this selection of hotel.

Clean fresh lighting energetic but little bit avoid giving dental kit in the room. Also provide just 2 half liter bottle of water everyday. Which is very little for warm area like dubai. Just a request to consider minimum 2 bottle of 1 liter water.
