Citi avenue hotel, muteena, deira, dubai is one of the best and clean hotel. I used to stay here every week 5 days since the year 2022. You can not get this kind of cleanness, humble staff, clean rooms in anywhere in this area. I strongly suggest every one to prefer this hotel always. All shoppings are near by.

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at city avenue hotel! the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the convenient location, which included a nearby shopping center. As indians, we were pleased to find indian restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend city avenue hotel. Sorry we didn’t take photos of hotel

Not worth the money. Room smells very bad. A/c not working properly. Room service takes very long to respond. It takes one hour for them to give a coffee powder. Had to adjust with one towel for two people. Anyway had a bad experience It's about smell and service

The property's location was ideal, nestled in a serene area yet conveniently close to the city center. It provided a perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The surrounding views were breathtaking, with lush greenery and picturesque landscapes. There were also several local attractions and shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation.

Located just near the airport, bus stop, metro station (perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The room is cleaned daily and the linen is changed as well, the hotel front office is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms, breakfast is plentiful

I didnt sleep. Alarm ring 2 times. And reception call me twice at morning. And i alread b tell them 2 times yesterday please no one call. Me i want to sleep. Eaven i go to reception and i explain to them. Bad place to relax. And i cannot find the parking.

Our stay at the hotel was for 5 nights and hotel was considered to be a 3-star hotel but according to a 3 star hotel it had fewer facilities but it's near to metro so it make it convenient to tourists also near by restaurant and shopping place are cost-effective. So best for pocket friendly customers.

Value for money. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Didn't try their breakfast. But many eateries next door. Very convenient to any indian traveller
